After a rousing, fun-filled visit to Uranus Fudge Factory, we asked one of the staff where we could find a good place for lunch. We specified no a chain restaurant, but somewhere local. Her immediate, first answer was BYOB.Full Stop. Build Your Own Burrito? I think this was the easier lunch decision we've ever made. "Waze, navigate me to BYOB".Less than a ten minute drive later and there we were. First thing's first: You can't miss this place. It's painted bright teal and definitely stands out from its surroundings.BYOB isn't a fancy, sit-down, full-service affair. It's a place with probably a dozen tables set about the area. What is 100% unique about BYOB is the ordering method. There's no menu board. There's no tri-fold menu on the table. At BYOB there are holders with 3 different colored pieces of paper. Each one of those has the menu for that particular food item (Tacos, Burritos, or Bowls). There are also golf pencils. You fill out your order on your yellow, pink, or green order slip and present it at the register. I think this is SERIOUSLY cool.We asked the gentleman at the counter what he would recommend (our first visit and all) and he said they're known for their Wet Tacos. Just about anything with the word "taco" is an easy sell for me, so my wife and I got that. No need to peruse the menu slips for this. If the person behind the counter says "It's what we're known for", that's enough for us.Maybe ten minutes later our Wet Tacos arrived...and Holy. Hell. They were awesome. They were amazing. They were incredible. They were unbelievable. (I'm running out of adjectives). They were magnificent. (ok, I'll stop there). But seriously. There's a lot of magic going on there. I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time and these just raised the bar.....HIGH.The staff we encountered (all both of them) were awesome and you could tell they enjoyed working at BYOB. They were also quick to clear tables after visitors left, making sure the place was kept clean.I'm pretty bummed that this place is so far away from home and that we can't visit on a whim (it's about 2 1/2 from Louisville) so we'll have to settle with infrequent stops when traveling up I-69. Regardless, BYOB is a place I would, 100%, visit with amazing frequency if I was able.OH...and the restroom doors are cutely decorated.

The staff here is some of the nicest staff I have seen, the place is clean, it feels homey, and the food isn't bad, I got the Chocolate churros and they'll get you feeling good. Recommend going here with friends or a simple date.

My job called me from the east side of Indy to work at Anderson hospital for a few days. By Friday I was done with the cafeteria food and ready to try something new and exciting. The hospital staff suggested BYOB side quickly added it to my saved restaurants on yelp. After work I headed to Anderson's historic District to give the restaurant a try! I love the neon vibes and the artwork and the restaurant. It felt very inviting and also like I was going to have a good time!Everything is build your own from the burritos/tacos, the drinks, and desserts!I decided to build two tacos. Do you have a long list of meats call toppings and hot toppings to choose from! Three toppings come with the price of the taco and then $.25 is charge for every additional topping.Churros are usually my go to dessert at any type of Hispanic themed restaurant. However, this time needed cheesecake dessert Britt I would like to go to pass up! You get to choose your flavor attacking, whether it is strawberry chocolate or caramel. I decided to go Caramel. To end my meal, I ordered a margarita. I decided to do a Tajin rim and mixed pineapple and mango for the flavor.I love that you had the option to pick corn tortillas with the tacos! At other build your own taco spots I've been to, it comes with a flour tortilla and I am a corn tortilla girl.I would order the cheesecake burrito 100 more times! It gave me fair food vibes and I 100% supported it! My friend ended up ordering the churros so I still got to sample those as well. They had a crispy sweet outside, but I'm still on the hunt for a churro that is not so soft on the inside. It's just a texture thing for me, I don't like to feel like somethings not fully cooked.I love that the margarita came with fruit pieces mixed in! It was delicious! In conclusion, you've got to go!

I drove over an hour to try this heavily recommended spot and meh. I like the build your own concept . . The hot Cheeto option was a plus for me. I got the build your own nachos and they were cold. . Like COLD. I do recommend getting both the nacho and queso on whatever you get. That combo was heavenly. My boyfriend got the build your own burrito and he said it was okay. It was a lot smaller than expected. Worth a try but probably won't make the drive again just to eat here.

Nice new (to me at least) spot in Anderson to enjoy a calm lowkey date night with my husband. I've actuallyGone a few times. Love the wet tacos. The sauce can be bland sometimes, I guess it just depends on who is making it. We tried the verde sauce once and it was terrible. It was super bright green with like no seasoning -it was giving me blended kiwi. Nothing to stop me from going back though just a mental note. The strawberry margaritas are good and you can apparently take them home? Super clutch. (But don't drink x drive y'all.) The trap music blasting super loud can be a bit much. Suburban workers blasting all this rap with N word this and that, lyrics about trap houses and hoods I know they'd never drive through can be a little awkward to the melanin conglomerate. and those of us waiting for food sure gave each other a look like "?????" overall good food and decent atmosphere.

Right on, BYOB!The back of the ordering menu informs you that this is not fast food, a fact I didn't need to be told. You're not going to find fast food that tastes like this. This is honest-to-goodness food and a fun concept! You order your burrito piece by piece, choosing all of your own toppings and marking them onto your own individual burrito design menu... and there are a LOT of toppings to choose from. Also, try the corn on the appetizer menu. No, seriously. It's served with mayo, which is the correct way to serve corn. If you don't believe me, you're going to have to try for yourself. We sat in the window seat and the corn was so juicy it splashed all over the window! It won't matter if you're adventerious or a picky eater. You'll definitely find something that you'll love... P.S. No, you're not supposed to bring your own booze..they have it here!

Stopped in today for some lunch, something different. While this isn't fast food-- it's good food. Don't expect to be waited on right when you get in the door. Look around, check out the make your own meal menus and take in the energy around you. They have a garage door window for fun summer breezes. Menu has lots to offer. Prices are very reasonable. No lids for the sofa cups, bottled drinks and booze also sold here. 4 stars bc although I'm super glad the chicken I ordered from fresh I felt it wasn't as seasoned as it could be.

Horrible service can't make an oder correct. When you even fill out cards with exactly what each item is. Been here over an hour no manager on site to correct issues. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Absolutely love this place. I bring all my out of town friends here. Great spot too in Dickman Town Center, along the main strip. Great food, big portions. Service is great and simple. A great atmosphere during summer months when they have the big window open up front.
