BRU Burger Bar - Keystone

Waited nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive. The first issue was we forgot to stop by a bank to take out an SBA to afford our meal. $18 for a burger??? Ridiculous. Then they want another $4 for a side. Since when are sides a la carte? I mean, despite the wait, the food was really good. But not worth the extra $$$.

For burgers, this is a great restaurant. They are fresh, tasty, and large. I was not happy with the fries. All the fries were overcooked in our group and it looked like some of us got the crumbs from a batch. I almost got a salad instead and now I wish I had. The appetizers were so good! We had several at our table. Enjoyed the soft pretzels and the dip trio with naan. The peach white chocolate bread pudding with ice cream was amazing!

The server was unbelievably rude to us yesterday 5 females and a baby.1) we asked for a beer that wasn't available - so the server was asked "what is your Lightest beer that is not domestic?" His reply rudely "THEY ARE ALL Domestic!" He knew what we meant but wasJust difficult so the he corrects us and says ...." Oh you mean not a big three"2) was very put off by the fact that three of us only ordered appetizer3) there was an order of beer cheese ordered, well he baby's mom was feeding a smidgen to her infant.he comes over and at the top of his lungs says "you know there is beer in that!" He made sure all around heard him I should have asked to speak to a manager immediately. By thst point it was ubsurd I am sure he almost had a coronary when the mom started breast feeding at the table We were in no means rude - I think we were judged by attire. One was in cut off and a T shirtIronically we had just come from Sophia where a huge amount of money was spent. I do not remember the servers name but this was about 7pm last Friday - July 12th I was in town from Florida just to go dress shopping with our future daughter in law and visit Indy often (used to live there. Next time someone suggests bru burger I will ask them to pick something else

Bru Burger is a classic staple when I think about getting a burger in Indianapolis. The Keystone location has a great atmosphere and I love that they have indoor and outdoor seating options. We opted to sit outside, and I ordered the Stilton burger and added a side of onion rings. Everything was so good and flavorful. If you love onion rings, try these with the house made ketchup!! The Cunningham group does a wonderful job, and if you frequent their restaurants make sure to sign up for rewards.

I dream about these French fried and ketchup - IYKYKI believe the ketchup is made in house? It's so good. The garlic burger is also delicious, honestly I don't think there is a bad menu choice! This location has a great bar area and is the perfect place to get a bite after a long day of shopping!! It's also great for groups.

This location is nice and great environment. Great for big parties as well. Excellent customer service. I wanted to try something different than my usual so I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders and Bru Fries. I was very disappointed and felt sick after eating this. The chicken was so greasy and tasted burnt. The fries did not look or taste like they normally do. Definitely will not order this again and I think I'm done with Bru Burger for a long time.

Im not impressed at all. The service was great but the BRU Burger was the greasiest burger I've ever had...anywhere. My plate was full of grease immediately and both buns were completely soaked with grease within minutes. I wish I could say it still tasted good, but it was very average. We will probably come back and have something other than burgers, but, being that burgers are supposed to be the specialty, I expected better.

Place is slightly overrated for the service they provide.Came in on Saturday noon and got seated inside. Place was at 50% occupied. Took well over 15-20 minutes for someone to take the order with us calling for service twice. Everyone working looked extremely busy...? After changing our waitress things went much smoother. Thank you, Lindsay for improving our lunch experience.Food was out relatively fast. Taste wise, Valencia Salad with chicken ($8 for small) was outstanding, however the popular Bacon Burger $15 with two patties was just a burger with no attitude. Onion rings $4 looked like a donuts with 6 pcs serving and French fries tasted like a burned oil and was left at the plate.Interesting, modern design with outside and inside seating leaves an extra bonus to this place.Overall, one time place and move on to a new one when hunger strikes.

Bison burger was great. Amazingly juicy ( great sauce) and yummy bun made this an epic experience. Service was exceptional both times we stopped in and even though it is a bar like setting the noise level is not too much for comfort.

From the moment we arrived on 11/9 the staff from the greeters, the manager and waiter (Manny) were epic. They were welcoming, friendly & accommodating. If you are looking for a restaurant with great customer service, clean, and good food visit this Bru Burger.
