Looking for a place that offers a competitive price, friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, and a slammin' location? Find yourself lost in this adorable townhome complex just off the Monon Trail, within walking distance, and minutes from the main strip. If you're thinking of relocating to the village, Broad Ripple Apartments keeps you having fun every step of the way! My two roommates and I just moved here in May 2012, and I have not regretted it in the slightest. When we were looking for apartments last year, I was looking at places I had found online, but I wasn't able to find something that matched all three of our needs. One day, we were all shopping around, and the boys drove down to the apartments next door, which they hated. As they went down the road to turn around, they noticed another leasing office. Unaware that it was another apartment complex altogether, they went inside and accidentally found our new home. Pros: Adorable 1960s townhomes, hardwood floors, cozy bedrooms, black and white tiles in bath and kitchen, full basement, large wooden patios, pet friendly, beautiful view of the neighboring buildings and mature trees, super convenient locationCons: Washer and dryer not included, only one full bathroom, limited amount of units with patios, very small kitchen, next to high schoolIn the short time we've been living here, I've used the Monon Trail for biking, running, and walking through Broad Ripple Village - very convenient for getting to restaurants and shops. The noise levels are very low, except the occasional bar-hopper and we can hear the high school football game or marching band; nothing that I would consider a disturbance though. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

I really like living at Broad Ripple Apartments and I am sad to leave. The hardwood floors throughout are a nice touch. Having a basement is a huge plus! The amount of space on the deck, make up for the galley kitchen. Staff are very responsive and easy to work with. The location is perfect for walking to anything in Broad Ripple. It is conveniently on the Monon and next to broad ripple HS - where the farmer's market is during summer months. Parking has not been an issue. I appreciate having dedicated parking. I have a dog and there are many dogs in the complex, but I have not had any issues with any other dogs. The price is good too - not overpriced. I would highly recommend living here.
