Was here on vacation and it's a fun little spot. Perfect for Adults and families . They have plenty of games to play or to purchase. Food was reasonably priced and tasted really good .They switch up their beer and ciders frequently

It's been a few years since my first review of this place. They have definitely worked out the kinks and have become our local hangout. There is truly something for everyone here -- beer, wine, wine slushies, canned NA drinks, soda, coffee. There are games and books galore, so plan on having a refreshing beverage and stay a while. It gets crowded on weekends, but I've found it's a great place to work on occasional weekdays. There is a limited food menu, and it's all delicious. You may often find a local brewery does a tap takeover, which draws in beer nerds such as myself. I'm glad to have this local place near my home.

Great atmosphere for lunch with the kids or dinner with friends. Both times I have visited, the staff was knowledgeable on brews and made good recommendations for me. The food was just okay.It's a small restaurant, so I understand only having one server, but it does result in long wait times for customers to get simple things like refills or the check.

Had to check this place out and glad I did. It was exactly what I hoped for, quit, good food and beer at good prices, and conversation with Nick and a regular patron at the bar. They have every board game you could think of to play, tables for the family to all get around and play and eat together. I've heard they also have a pretty cool trivia night on Thursdays too that I'll have to check out soon! So glad it's so close too, definitely a new spot ;)!

What a great place for the entire family to have fun! We enjoy trying out new games and playing trivia. The menu is diverse yet easy to navigate. Personally, I enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap or pizza. They also have a constantly changing selection of beer on tap, catering to all beer preferences.

Love the concept and execution. Pub food is tasty without being greasy. There is an impressive variety of beers and they offer flight mode. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having a place to try different games in a fun relaxed atmosphere. There needs to be one in Bloomington!

The best mug club membership out there! Staff have always been very friendly and kind. A great family friendly spot with budget friendly food and drink. Always appreciate the variety of drinks at Books & Brews! The Charlie is my go to if there's not a sour to try.

What a fun place to hang with all ages. They have a full library of board games and books to pass time, and a simple menu of pub grub and beverages. And walls filled with funko collectibles. I'll be going back.

Nice place to have a brew. We live in Crawfordsville so I don't get there as much as I would like. Great selection of craft beers and the beers change quite frequently. Always something available I like

Great name, but horrible beer and an antagonistic staff. Not a great business model. Can someone please buy this location and give customers the quality we deserve?
