Food is amazing, service is great, and the drinks are pretty good (but strong!)Hot tip: If you want seating and don't want to wait show up early to wait in line. Otherwise you'll probably end up on the waitlist since it's not a huge space (that's okay though since you can go walk around or hang out at the Garage)Really big portions in my opinion. The apps were really good - got the pork skewers and crab puffs. Entrees were drunken noodles and green curry - I really liked both, but the green curry was my favorite!

Food. See pics. We had thr beef massaman curry, shrimp fried rice and the kinaree cocktail(modified to be non alcoholic). Great taste and flavor. I can see why this place is so popular. Service: efficient, quick, not too over friendly. Ambience: a bit noisy (music) but not too bad. Great date place (but not in a. Quiet romantic way). When did i come? Thursday at 5pm. They open at 5 and there was line out the door before they even opened so be warned. I was the last person to get a table and the person after me was quoted a 30 mins wait.

This craft cocktail Thai Restaurant is worth the wait outside in "zero" degrees! It opens about 5pm just for dinner and believe me at 4:45pm you better be in formation. "Outside of your car in the line to enter". There are "No" did you hear me say "NO" reservations accepted. I was finishing a bit of shopping on Mass Ave at Sage! A beautiful shop by the way and pulled up, right on time 4:30pm and yep I was the 5th person in line! Before the doors opened it was about 45 people in the line to enter. I think it might only hold 100 (this needs verifying) but it's small. Keep in mind this is a very sexy and quaint spot. A beautiful Bar along with beautifully crafted cocktails. I had a Thai Old Fashion. Overall! Make it a date night, meet your friend group or just single it out at the bar like I did. I met a few folks at the bar and enjoyed a beautiful night out! It's ALL good. Good looking people, good looking bar, good food and wear your good street wear! Make sure you look good too! But no particular dress code is required. Just bring a vibe.

I feel like I am in a secret club now that I have made it into BODHI!! Usually, the idea of going to a popular restaurant on a weekend without being able to make reservations fills me with anxiety -- but it is 100% worth the wait and extra planning. We showed up 15 minutes before opening and started a line outside the door. I felt like I was trying to get barricade at a concert. This might seem excessive, but all tables and bar seats were full 10 minutes after opening. If you don't make it in the first seating, you can get on the waitlist for later -- all tables have a 1.5 hour limit. Get on the waitlist and then wander down Mass Ave. Maybe get a pre-game drink somewhere else or stop by the bookstore. Also, reminder that this is a 21+ cocktail bar, so the kids will have to miss out unfortunately.First off, the drinks are fantastic, and the bartender was phenomenal. My dad had the best old fashioned of his life here. The rotating milk punch is a must-try. The seasonal cocktails are unique and fun -- and they have GREAT mocktail options. And the food is just as good as the drinks. You must order the crab puffs to share (and order immediately when you sit down because it gets busy fast). The chicken coconut soup was - dare I say - life changing. I will be dreaming about it for the rest of my life. It was perfection. Everything is a little expensive, but the portions are huge to make it worth it. The massaman curry and pad thai were both fantastic. We left stuffed to the brim and so so happy. This was truly one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The service was great. The drinks and food were stunningly delicious. Well worth the wait! There's plenty of paid parking close by - there's a small lot out in front of the restaurant if you're lucky, but BODHI is conveniently located by lots of street parking and other bottleworks parking lots. Parking is free on Sundays!

This place was AMAZING!! This was my husband and I's first time. I'm glad we finally made time to go. For starters, the inside was so cute! It's small and intimate which makes for a great place to go on a date. The vibes were chill and zen. The workers were so sweet and I loved how helpful each of them were. I love a team dynamic. Now for the best part. The food. We started off we spring rolls which was crunchy and warm and so tasty. I got the special of the day for my entree and it came with a chicken that fell right off the bone. My husband had the yellow curry which was also delicious! Our entrees were on the spicier side but not too much where you can't eat it. I can't wait to go to try more things. I can see how Bodhi has won so many awards!

Had another phenomenal meal at Bodhi! Opted for the Slam Dunker, which definitely packs some heat, and the cashew chicken. Finally went spicy on my meal which was the perfect level--just wish I got a cocktail that was a little sweeter to even things out! Staff are always phenomenal. They also have a rotating letter board on the wall above the host stand that was playing music trivia while we were there. Had a great time quizzing my boyfriend while we dined!

Perfect way to ring in the New Year! Treated myself to a day out by myself. After exploring the State Museum for a couple of hours, I took my chances and ventured northeast on Mass Ave. fingers crossed for a table of 1. Instead of a table, I grabbed a seat at the bar & had a wonderful meal and outstanding service from Lane. Asking for recommendations, I just looked at him & said "yes!" Trusting his judgement was the smartest thing I've done all year. (Granted, it's 6pm on 1/1/25, but you get my drift!) Starting off with the pork skewer appetizer. 4 skewers- could have been a meal, with cucumber salad and spoon licking peanut sauce. I would absolutely order it again- but I'd probably share next time! That led me to a steaming hot bowl full of tender chicken, noodles, crunchy noodles & spicy greens. Holy hell, the flavor in this bowl is something I'll never forget and will quite possibly crave FOREVER! The entree could have very easily been shared as well.My only beef with BODHI? Where's the tasting menu? (And I say this with LOVE) Everything I saw brought out from the kitchen looked amazing and everything I ate was outstanding. I would totally do tasting menu! Excellent service, fabulous food, intimate atmosphere all contribute to solid 5 stars & recommendation.

I ordered the food to go. We had drunken noodles, spring rolls, chili & basil, and fried rice. The restaurant wouldn't pick up the phone at 5pm so came into the store and placed an order. Food got ready pretty fast so I would say service was good. The place looked bit small so wouldn't recommend a big group party. Takeout food was just ok. Our favorite was chili & basil.

My friends recommended Bodhi, but the only thing stopping me was the fact that there are no reservations and you would need to wait... However, I can now say it is WORTH THE WAIT! Everything we ordered was AMAZING. The appetizers and the entrees were flavorful and the presentation is so cute! The decor is very fitting for the ambiance they are going for and the staff is so attentive and prepared to explain the details of every dish! The portions are definitely generous and you can always enjoy the mass ave area while waiting. 100% coming back :)

We visited Indianapolis for a Taylor Swift event with my cousin bhaggy and, after landing, were starving. We searched for a place to eat and found Bodhi Thai with amazing reviews on Google, so we decided to give it a try.We walked in without a reservation at 8:53 PM, even though the kitchen closes at 9 PM. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to dine in. The service was exceptional, and we were greeted warmly. We ordered the shrimp soup, Thai green curry, and tofu fried rice. The presentation was top-notch, with the soup served over a flame to keep it warm--an impressive touch! The flavors were absolutely incredible. The shrimp soup was the best I've ever had, and the main dishes were spot on, perfectly prepared and full of authentic Thai flavors.A special shout-out to our server, Abby, and the friendly food runner, who both made our experience even better with their attentive and cheerful service. If you're ever in Indianapolis, I highly recommend Bodhi Thai for an unforgettable meal!
