Angela was doggone AMAZING She had a very upbeat attitude, was very present but not overbearing, and even played some trivia with us. The restaurant was lovely. Beautiful decorations on top of very modern furnishings and accented by great ambience. I would give 5 stars, but my food items weren't 100% to my liking. The other person in my party said their food was excellent.

Came here for a Christmas Brunch event. Horrible parking. It took forever trying to find a park. Service was even longer. The drinks were good but the wait for food was unacceptable. After ordering , we waited over an hour for catfish and grits. The description sounded better than the entree actually received. It stated sautéd onions and peppers over grits. The grits were plain and the fish was Swai not catfish. I literally had to walk down to the kitchen myself for condiments after asking the waiter and her coming back to service someone else without the condiments that was asked for. For some strange reason you also have to pay for drinks separately at the bar and pay for food with the server which 18% gratuity. Not worth it when the customer is doing the work.

Food was ok, they had an annoying speaker humming the entire time it was so loud. We asked for them to turn it down and they didn't know how. Service was let's just say they need some help there. I wanted to love this place, but they need the love sorry.

Limited Service. Really slow night but even slower service. Waitstaff wasn't in by 5p. We basically had to help with ingredients for the drinks we wanted because there was not a bartender. Cute place but they really need to do better. They were out of some of the menu items also. It's a C- at best for ambience. The food we did get was decent. First time here so was really looking forward to the experience.

I'm from Illinois and this was my first time visiting BlankUS Luxury Lounge and this place is an amazing spot (a little hidden gem). It was packed upstairs so we were able to sit in the bar area which is really elegant. The seating is definitely luxury. We were able to see the live singer on the TV screen, so that was really nice. I love live music so this was a great place. There is also another section with where you can watch sports, so I was able to check out the Chicago Sky game. Regarding the service, our bartender named Wood was awesome provided us with exceptional service. I love exceptional service and he went above and beyond. Thank you, Wood for making our first visit here amazing.

The catfish was fried and seasoned to perfection, the greens weren't my favorite and the mac and cheese was really good. The were very accommodating we didn't know lunch ended at a certain time and they still decided to make our food, the chef was very funny as well. Nice vibe I will be back'

My first time there and my last time there, the food was horrible. My sweet potatoes were still hard. Macaroni cheese was dry with hard cheese on top not creamy at all and on top of that it was way way way overpriced and they need some type of management someone that knows how to run a restaurant. They have no clue what they are doing.

My car club had our annual Christmas party at the recommendation of a member. For our party of 22, we were told for a group that size $10 per person was required to hold a room for us. The club paid for the room. Upon arrival we were taken upstairs to a long table in a room with a bar and other tables. There was a largeTV on the wall showing a football game, as well as a fireplace. We were told another party of 35 would be joining us. Initially, we were told to look at the menu online. However, the online menu wasn't updated, because several items said unavailable or weren't listed when compared to the print menu that we received later. We had one waiter (although we were told we would have two). We also found out that he's also one of the chefs for the restaurant. I decided on the Philly cheesesteak rolls for an appetizer and the fried catfish dinner. By the time he had finished inputting everyone's order on their restaurant's mobile device, he went downstairs to get the first two orders. FIFO. First in, first out. Everyone received their meals, in the order in which they were placed. Two plates at a time were brought out. Needless to say, half of the table was finished when the last couple at our table received their food. We later found out the kitchen is downstairs. The appetizers were brought out with the meals. Despite lack of efficiency in service, everyone liked their food. One person discovered plastic in her food. It was brought to our waiter's attention, he had the kitchen make her another plate. After speaking with the manager, her meal was comped. We also learned the name literally means ____Us...promoting inclusivity. Everyone is welcome. Shortly, after we started eating, probably around 9pm a live music started on the other side of the wall. We could see the performance on the TV. Overall, it's a nice lounge with good food, it just needs service improvements.

My friend suggested we check out this new restaurant/lounge in downtown Indianapolis. Right away I fell in love with the decor and the vibe of the place. We chose to sit in the bar area. Our waiter was so attentive and had a fun personality. The bartender was also very friendly. Both checked on us on a regular basis. I would definitely give the service a 10/10. We first ordered drinks. The waiter said the Lemon Drop was the most popular so I went with that. It was delicious!We then ordered the trio of egg rolls. I loved the soul roll which was filled with greens and turkey. I also enjoyed the Philly steak rolls. It also came with Buffalo chicken rolls. They were still good but not my favorite.The rolls were very filling. Our waiter was so personal and had us laughing the whole time. I really enjoyed the experience.

First I wanna say this was our first time ever at this restaurant matter of fact, we decided to go there due to the promotions for brunch they were putting on Facebook. I thought it was very odd that brunch started at 1 o'clock even though the lounge opened at 11 AM. Once we got there we noticed on the menu that it was a 18% gratuity charge no matter the size of your party for any food ordered. We understand starting out this might be a requirement for some restaurant, we ordered our food and attempted to order a drink. Only for the waitress to tell us that we had to walk up to the second floor, where the bar was to order our drinks ourselves, once there we were told to go back downstairs and someone will be down to take our drinks. The miscommunication between the waitress and the bartenders was terrible. They had French toast combo and other toast as sides only to find out they didn't even have or serve toast there. my entire party had to change our original order only to wait a whole hour and never be served. after the hour wait, my party and I left paying for the drinks that arrived 35 minutes after we order them for everyone's drink order to be wrong. We still paid for them only to be charged 18% gratuity for them which amounted to OVER 60 dollars for 3 bottom shelf drinks ( margarita and 2 long islands). Will never be returning!!! don't waste your time or money
