This park has it all! Definitely a must go for little ones!-little tikes playground:separate from the bigger kid play area and on astroturf! Contains monkey bars, a small slide and lots of climbing activities.-big kid play area: also on astroturf with high monkey bars, poles to slide, and tunnels.-splash pad: a great way to cool off! The splash pad area has tons of built ins that splash water and tip water out. You will not miss the pool with this!No basketball court, but there a several softball and baseball diamonds. You can often find Kona Ice parked here selling sno cones as well.

Billericay Park, which is named after Fishers sister city in England totals 44 acres with trails, playgrounds and a 29 acre lighted baseball diamonds which includes 13 well manicured fields and a concession stand. It's a popular destination for families who want to have the little ones, or I guess those who are a kid at heart play in the splash pad which is free and opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day and has a community bldg and two shelters that can be rented. The Park itself is open year round from dawn to dusk.

In the words of one kid: "This is the best park ever ... except there's no swings." Oh well. But what Billericay Park lacks in swings, it makes up for in its splash pad and playgrounds. There are three playground areas here: one small one by the baseball fields, and two on the other side of the park by the community center and splash pad. The playgrounds have your normal stuff -- monkey bars, slides, etc. -- but one of the playgrounds has this really neat pole thing that you sit on and go back and forth. It's kind of hard to describe it, so you'll just have to see it for yourself! It gets you very dizzy, and kids love it. The splash pad is super popular, and is the crown jewel of the park, if you ask me. It is perfect for young and old kids, because there is something for everyone. There are lots of shaded picnic benches around the splash pad, too, as well as trees and grass. The parking here is kind of weird. In order to park at the playground, which is the first thing you see when you enter the park, you need to drive past two other parking lots. So, if you want to park closest to the playground, turn left at the third entrance. It's really dumb, but that's what you do.

Ball Parks, playgrounds, splash pad, lots of parking, shelters, and restrooms: Check! So you've probably read the other reviews which give some great details on the above items. But did you know there is a grove of mature trees between the park and the school? It has paved walking trails through the woods and is accessible right by the main SPORTS building and parking lot.I must say that at first glance, the huge entry road into the park seems excessive. But because of the numerous ball fields, they probably want to force all the visiting cars to be fully merged before they get to the highway. Oh, and there is a large speed bump just before you get into the parking lot, so don't get caught by surprise! The park appears to be well maintained and has taken safety steps like installing overhead netting to protect people strolling between the ball diamonds from foul balls. If you like to shuffle your park visits, especially if you bring kids, then add this one to your playlist!Review #795

We've been going to this park for many years, since my youngest was a toddler, going to the splash pad. Now he's older and playing baseball. The fields and splash pad are very clean. The staff takes good care of it. The ballpark is great in that it has actual bathrooms and great place to purchase snacks. I enjoy baseball season at this park. Parking is a little bit of an issue late in the day, but there is overflow parking at the high-school close enough to fields 1-4. Lighting is really awesome for playing night games. The only thing I would say as sometimes the scoreboards have issues, but glad to have them when they work.

This is a pretty nice park in Fishers and seems to be a perfect fit for families of young children. They have a splash pad near other playground equipment. Who doesn't love a splash pad on those hot summer days?! The park also offers baseball fields, a walking/running path, a community building, tables underneath a large outdoor shelter and plenty of parking.I recently learned that Fishers' sister city is Billericay England, so you'll notice a stunning red photo booth placed right in front of the community building. As a huge fan of London, this extra nod to England gave me the warm fuzzies. :)

So yeah...pretty much what Marcie M related is dead on to that portion of the park. If you are going for the splash pad it is smallish in size and get there early if you want a seat. My wife sometimes takes the kids up there and it is a good place to meet or have a "play date" but the splash park is not a great destination by itself IMO. They do have a very nice adjacent facility and out building which apparently you can rent. They really could use some additional picnic tables/benches in this area.Of more interest to me is the impressive layout for youth baseball there. The park is next to Fishers high school and there are 8 lighted diamonds as well as netted batting cages. The roar of traffic is very prevalent next to I-69 so if you are looking for "quiet" practice at the cages look somewhere else. (Is there anything in the world more annoying than semi engine brakes??)During the summer there is always something going on baseball related - my son and I have been here several times to take advantage of the batting cages and afterwards to catch a game by the Fishers High School team.Overall a nice park for the location and if you live close it's worth a stop.
