Big Hoffa's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Man o man. Big Hoffa's did it again. My husband and I make it a point to stop here every time we visit Indiana. And so far everything we've had here we've enjoyed. This past time we brought guests with us who have never tried it before and they were thoroughly impressed. My husbands go to is the Hoffanator (delicious), I enjoyed the pulled chicken with sides of mac and fries and heavenly rolls. Also was able to try their ribs (sensational!!!!) and took a visit to their freezery. This place is great, it looks like plenty of seating but it does fill up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This pirate-themed BBQ joint smells amazing before you get in the door - smoked meat heaven. Once inside, the dark interior (think bijou swamp) is slightly brightened with large round colorful paper lanterns hung from the ceiling. The menu is fairly large, so lots & lots of choices. After placing your order, you seat yourself & wait for your number to be called that signals the start of your BBQ journey. Our family enjoyed the smoked brisket, smoked sausage, BBQ ribs & pulled pork. The pickles, cole slaw & rice were good, but the beans were a little too sweet for my palate. Overall a great place to stop. Hoping to have room for ice cream next time!

This place knows their barbecue!! So yummy everything is seasoned perfectly! The staff is professional and pleasant! It's a cute set up a little tight fit when they are busy! Highly recommend!!

This was my first trip to Big Hoffa's. I was impressed with the large facility and speedy carry out service. The dine in eaters appeared to be having a great time. The staff was found to be very friendly and helpful.In our carry out we tried the Big Hoffa. The fries were a little limp with a slight crunch. They had a nice mild seasoning to give you a western taste. The toppings were delicious, moist and tasty.The baked beans were delicious. They have a slightly heavy BBQ taste with a mildly soupy sauce. Overall outstanding beans. The Mac & cheese was good. It was smashed into a small cup so it came of very dense. The noodles were nicely cooked. The cheese was more melted and stuck to the noodles. No really saucy cheese texture. Just a strong cheese parts smashed into the noodles into the small container - not my favorite.The buttery garlic rolls were delicious as well. The bread was soft but plain - no sweet or yeast taste to pull you in. The butter and garlic basting makes the rolls very good!The 1834 sandwich was very tasty. The brisket was moist and tender. You could pick up a nice Smokey flavor. There was a pretty fair amount of meat on this sandwich. The sandwich had a large amount of zing and zest due to the giardineria and spicy mayo. The vegetables have a spicy vinegar taste that really makes the brisket pop!

Easily the best BBQ I have ever had. The white BBQ sauce is out of this world. Everything is very fresh, tender, and well cooked. The store is great, the creamery connected is awesome as well. A great date spot that is not too expensive. The service is good minus the bald guy with the glasses, he is kinda an a**hole. ​

First timer, busy but fast service. Food was ok, pork was kinda fatty wasn't a fan of that. Mac n cheese was good. Ordered a Modelo unfortunately it was skunk. Meh

All the way from California to try out this amazing and smoky food while visiting family in Noblesville! The young boy that was helping us was so polite and answered our questions patiently. Food came out fast and hot! Great vibe. Icecream there to. Everything tasted great!

Come to a spot that has a fun vibe! I was able to celebrate my birthday here and we had ten in our group. Found a booth with four chairs that fit all of us. Love the Sassafras Tea! I got the Amendment which was just a bit hotter than I expected. There is an ice cream shop attached that serves different types of shakes. Be prepared to get full! Two types of bbq sauce on a counter to place in cups to take to the table. A bit loud, but for the most part we could carry on a conversation. Fast and friendly service. When you walk in you order at the counter and then receive a receipt with your number and they will call when your order is ready.For dessert be sure to grab the homemade key lime pie in the cooler by the register! It's so good!!When it's warmer outside then they do have outdoor seating as well.

What a wonderful experience. Full menu of BBQ meats that are all exceptional. The sauces are full flavored and served freely.The large seating area is comfortable and will allow your to have conversations without interruption.Don't miss this place. It's worth the drive from anywhere.

Great barbecue and I love how they have different platters that you don't see elsewhere. Try the Butchers Bill!!
