Best Western Plus Greenwood/Indy South Inn

Not happy with the cleanliness of this room. We stay here about every 3 to 4 months and bring our 2 grandsons. The pool is a hit with them, the water pressure and great beds are for me and my spouse. Usually clean and well kept. We got a pet friendly room and wasn't pleased with the stained bedspread, hair in the shower, dirt on the air conditioner, multiple rewards needed. 2 bath towels, 2 wash towels and 1 hand towel for 4 people. The pics say it all. We have woke the morning of check out to a lady knocking on our door at 9 AM saying this was her room. About 20 minutes after that, we received another knock on our door and the cleaning staff said they were sent down to clean our room, and I told them we would check out at 11 AM. When I did check out the front desk clerk told me that it was her that knocked on the door the first time because someone had given them our room number as check out. But it infuriated me that I had to go down and ask why people were trying to get our room before we were checked out. A phone call to our room would have been more appropriate. The front desk person on check in was excellent, friendly and professional, and I will say the front desk clerk the morning of check out apologize for interrupting us the morning of check out.I'm not so sure we will stay here again, they really need to work on their cleanliness and repairs.Breakfast is great. The kids enjoyed the pool as did eight others the night before, so if you don't like screaming kids, this is not the place for you to stay. Great location lots of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping nearby.

Convenient location, decent breakfast, and clean room. However, the EV charger did not work and the bathroom door was extremely squeaky. Front desk staff could not provide the password to the lobby computer and did not make any effort to find it. Air conditioner was damp and stinky.

Very clean and nice place! Take great care of the property. Would recommend to anyone needing a nice quit place and convenient right by hwy 65.
