Best Western Kokomo Hotel

I am in Indiana for work and went to the Hilton brand, Hampton Inn. That next morning I had to check out because the beds were AWFUL. I then went to Best Western. I haven't stayed in one since I was a kid because at that time it was a well known brand to my parents. I am so glad I gave this place a chance, as an adult. Chase at the front desk is a delight, so helpful, and greets you with a smile. Not only will I continue to stay here while in town for work, but I will pass it along to other corporate co-workers! The beds are amazing and it's very clean!

Came to Kokomo, Ind for Alliance girls fast pitch softball tournament. Picked this Best Western for it's amenities. The hotel was clean, modern, nice breakfast, and laundry (for all those uniforms). But what really impressed me was Mindi who really knows what hospitality is. When we needed help with something she found a solution and one that might be providing shower mats for the tubs. There were no excuses. Everyone was professional and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Great value for the price. And very close to Championship Park.

I would not recommend staying here. The water pressure in the shower was so weak, the flow didn't even reach half way in the tub. The bathroom floor was dirty, including someone's finger nails. Ick! The air conditioning controls had a mind of their own and didn't react to adjustments in temperature or fan speed. The breakfast area was small and noisy. The elevator was extremely small, the luggage cart barely fit. The staff was the only saving grace for this property, as they were lovely.

This may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Floor of room slopes by at least 2 to 3 inches. Shower leaking through the wall into the room. That would explain why there isn't enough water pressure to push the shower water past the tube spout. Shower drain was plugged. Unknown substance on the walls, doors and light switches.
