Best Western Fishers/Indianapolis Area

Very nice property. Room was clean and updated nicely. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night after flying in to Indy to visit family. This hotel is along a strip where there are several chain hotels. The Best Western was fine for a short stay. No frills, really, but the staff was friendly and we had everything we needed.We checked in around 8 pm and asked about restaurant options nearby. The clerk at the desk recommended Bubba's 33, almost next door, and mentioned that we would get a 10% discount by showing our room key.After dinner, we returned to the room. It was clean, had a small frudge, and coffeemaker. We were given Rm 371, whuch turned out to be on the freeway side. The noise was not too bad, but for a quieter stay, ask for an even numbered room.Pros & cons:The in room coffee was not great, and there was only one serving of real coffee (the other was decaffeinated). Bath products were provided, but in the smallest containers I have ever seen.The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They had free WiFi.Downstairs in the lobby, they had a coffee and water station. Now they have gone back to offering a free hot breakfast. They had eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy, fruit, yogurt, breads, and you could make your own waffle.I paid $117 for a one night stay with two queen beds, but when you throw in breakfast, it was not unreasonable.

Bed was as hard as a rock. Told the front desk that our toilet was running, supposedly sent someone to look at it and said it was not running got back to the room from dinner was still running. Told again and ran the whole 3 night stay. Asked to get out room cleaned and did not, and we needed toilet paper. A horrible experience

I must warn all Phish fans that this hotel will charge you $250 for smoking in your room even if you didn't. They already raise the price for us, then they dishonestly gouge you. Do NOT stay here.
