Best Bet is a very solid choice, especially for breakfast. Breakfast represents the lion's share of the menu's items. The All-In seems to be the star of that menu, and I couldn't resist trying. I have to say: it's something else. Think of the All-In as a scramble or skillet that's heavy on breakfast potatoes. Best Bet calls them Ava Potatoes, and you get THREE scoops. Pile on scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, diced sausage patties, diced ham, and jalapeño peppers, and you have one man-sized meal!!! It all blends well, and has terrific taste and texture. It was a winning choice! The only regret: ordering the sausage gravy to spoon on top. It was obvious that not much time was spent making it, leaving it to taste raw and buttery. Not meaty and cooked. It was the reason why I couldn't in good conscience leave a 5 star rating. (I will definitely admit to being a sausage gravy snob). Lest anyone would think that I left with a bad taste in my mouth, please know that I was quite impressed with the service I received; I enjoyed eating in such a clean place; and was blown away when my waiter called my name on the way out the door and wished my a great day!!! Wow, you sure don't see that kind of gesture much of anywhere these day. Well Done (I think her name was Beth) !!

Stopped by Best Bet for breakfast on the way to pick up my daughter, and we love checking out local spots instead of chain restaurants. As soon as you walk in, the Vegas gambling theme stands out it's a fun touch that makes the place unique. It's on the smaller side, but the service was excellent, and they keep things moving efficiently. We tried one of the skillets and added gravy--definitely the right call! My daughter had the pancakes, which were massive. She got two, but there was no way she could finish them. The prices were reasonable, and our server was friendly and attentive. The food took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. I can see how seating might be an issue during peak times due to the size, but if you enjoy great local restaurants, this one is worth a visit!

Table for 2 around 11am on a Sunday, around 5 min wait. 2 doors to enter into place, which makes seats near door very cold. Try to get a table farther back in the restaurant. Nice Vegas theme inside on tables and wall decor. My husband ordered an omelette with a medium pancake. The medium pancakes are quite large, 2 people could split one. My corn beef stack was edible, it was missing something, I added some hot sauce for more flavoring. We had to try the 'famous' cinnamon biscuits, but I don't get the rave ? Maybe a sauce to dip them in? They were fried cinnamon biscuits. I am not sure what makes them famous? Food quality was basic mom and pop breakfast joint. Positive / they make sure your coffee cup is full at all times!

It's changed a lot in the last year or so. Beth is one of the waitresses who has been there since we started going, and she is definitely the person who gives the best service. While the other staff are kind, Beth's personal touches go a long way. The newer staff is more nonchalant, and you may be waiting a little longer for service or refills. Recently, the portions seem to have gotten smaller as well. I order one of the stacks (home style potatoes with toppings) and I usually have way more than I can eat in one meal, but the last time the plate was almost half as full. The decor is fun with the gambling theme. There is not really seating for parties above 4 or 5. 5 would even be tight. My husband loves their pancakes.

This place was happening on a Sunday morning! Very cute decor with the gambling theme. We were seated pretty quickly. Our food came out fast and hot. The gravy doesn't have a lot of flavor. Roast beef is delicious . I got the Emily stack and he got the ante. When I walk through upon arrival most tables had pancakes on them so I had to get a pancake too. The top is crispy the bottom is spongy. I thought it was delicious. My husband thought it was waxy. We didn't see our server after we got our food until it was time to pay our bill. The pancake did not come out with butter on it as advertised on the menu.

Waited no one acknowledged presence. I was by myself I wanted a table. I didn't wanna sit at the counter. Whoever the older lady is in there. It's not like it used to be when the other people owned it. I drove out of my way to go there. just absolutely ridiculous and they weren't extremely busy. There wasn't a line out the door. I can see why now totally gone. Downhill will never go back..

One of my favorite sites for breakfast - nice greeting when you walk in, great, fast, ad efficient service, and excellent choices on the menu (all named around Poker game terminology). Tables and TV's set up with poker tournament themes as a nice back drop but not a loud background, so you can have your normal conversations with your seatmates. I recommend the River, with eggs, bacon, sausage, and I substitute a pancake for the Ava potatoes. A constant flow of coffee throughout makes this an enjoyable start to your day.
