Bella Marcia

What a pretty little hidden gem!I happened across Bella Marcia quite by accident. An event I attended was held in the space and I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden little gem. If I understand correctly, Bella Marcia resides in a former nightclub/lounge space in downtown Indy. It's conveniently located on Market street, just a few blocks East of the circle,and within walking distance of the City Market. Bella Marcia is located on the second floor of an inconspicuous office building, and features an open floor plan that can be adjusted based on your needs. The facility boasts raised VIP spaces, a bar, and an enclosed room that can be used for serving food, or as an exclusive invite-only space for a "party within a party" feel. Tables and chairs which seat 10 can be moved in and out of the space according to your need. There is also a small stage available in the space.I'd definitely recommend Bella Marcia for an intimate party, a large bridal or baby shower, or any other event that requires an upscale feel in downtown Indy. This "venue" is gross and disgusting. I had to literally delouse Myself upon leaving. The pictures are dark and dim for a very good reason! The walls were all plastic fake stone and chipping off and discolored. The ceiling tiles, every other one had water stains. They had metal folding chairs covered in the cheapest sheerest covers. The "table clothes" were from a plastic roll, the steps were pealing, the couches were spray painted broken wicker. The bathrooms were beyond reproach and absolutely disgusting. This is the grossest, cheapest, lowest class place I have ever been to and I could not be happier to thankfully leave.
