Had this with a buddy the other day! I got a full rack of ribs and he got the brisket sandwich and some Mac and cheese with pulled pork on it. Buddy said his food was delicious but I had trouble eating the ribs as they were extra chewy. Barbecue sauce was great and the staff were nice! I'm not sure what the deal was but I would have thought the ribs would be fall off the bone but I guess not!

Pulled up on this food trailer at midnight cuz I was starving. Hoping that they were still open and the food was good and IT WAS!I got the loaded beef fry 10/10 and my husband got the rib tips and Mac & Cheese 8/10. Both people there were friendly

I've lived here for 32 years past on 16th St. for so long and never ever saw a nice place like this they have been here for 6 months. Came here with a friend and ate outside. The place was nice. The lady at the cash register was so nice she offered samples. I was amazed with the quality and how clean this place was they were wearing gloves while giving out samples. The food was great. The customer service was outstanding, and everything was above and beyond. they have refreshments with a fridge their own grill they're even going to turn their outside food place into a indoors soon. They even have a entertainment system where you can listen to music and enjoy yourself with friends or family. Definitely coming back here again when it gets warm next year. I had the beef brisket and turkey tips with mac and cheese and green beans. The flavor of the meat was very good. Definitely better than any local bbq chain. I wish the portions were a little bigger but the quality and taste was amazing.

So this is a food trailer. They use to be stationed on west 38th street. They are now on west 16th street just east of Tibbs... Within yelling distance of "King Ribs" that was a bold move lol. So they have a nice size pit! With the wood they use on display. Soon as you pull up the wonderful aroma hits and lures you in. I arrived about 1pm they were supposed to open at noon but they had a few items not ready yet so I decided to still wait. The lady at the window was really friendly and welcoming. Even offered me to taste the brisket while I waited. The food was not horrible. The brisket definitely should have been smoked longer at a lower temp because it wasn't tender and full of that smoke flavor as it should be. Same went for the rib tips. It was weird that the smell was so much better than the taste. I'd probably give them another chance it may have just been a bad day. They stated they had some complications with the relocation and staff that got them behind. Hopefully I can update the review with more stars in the future.

This place was great. Off the beaten path and more like a food truck than a restaurant, the quality of my brisket and bbq sauce was high. maybe a little lighter than i would have preferred on the portion size, but my sides were good, and most important, my food was ready when i showed up after ordering about 20 or so minutes in advance on a Saturday. It's not close, but this is probably my # local brisket BBQ spot.

Just ate here after my shift and the food is delicious would definitely come back here again to try the beef brisket dinner
