I hadn't been here since middle school and my hubby had never been here so we were downtown and decided to stop in. It was in between lunch and dinner so that was a perfect time to visit as they were busy so everything came out super fast and were top notch as was the service. It was very quiet and nice to have a good conversation. We didn't realize they have a beer and wine menu so we will keep that in mind for next time. The menu wasn't overwhelming it's simple and full of a variety of different pizzas and toppings. We started with the cheesy garlic bread and wow the tomato sauce that we opted to dip it in was amazing. Chunky, flavorful, and complimented the cheesy garlic goodness of the soft airy bread. Highly recommend giving this a try as a starter. The thing I love the most if you can pick 2 different pizzas and do a half and half so you get the best of both worlds so to speak. The crust was perfectly cooked and thin so you get the perfect balance of crust and toppings. It's not a heavy greasy pizza which is also a huge plus for me. We chose the Pizza Alla Quattro Formaggio and the Bayou chicken. The Alla wasn't your traditional Quattro formaggio but the chunks of ricotta was the best part. I do wish it had less mushrooms as I'm not a fan of them. But overall it was very cheesy and not heavy. Bayou chicken- the chicken had a great flavor and the toppings were cooked well and balanced and I loved the garlic cloves on it. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend stopping in here.

We got this pizza to go and chowed down in our hotel room. The pepperoni pizza was really very good - a solid amount of cheese, flavorful sauce, and soft but sturdy crust.It's not the best pizza you've ever had, but it's better than average.We also tried the Garlic Bread with Cheese and that was a disappointment. I don't like when pizza places simply melt cheese on top of premade garlic bread. It feels low effort as opposed to the baked-in cheesy goodness of other cheesestick-type appetizers.Still, Bazbeaux is worth a visit if you're in the Indianapolis area!

Came in for some pizza before seeing Moulin Rouge. Service was great and although our server initially forgot my beer, once he realized he grabbed it for me immediately and even comped it on my bill. The pizza itself was good it's the thin crust kind and it really hit the spot. I think we will definitely be back, I love supporting a business that isn't afraid to voice the importance of inclusion.

Good pizza while visiting Indianapolis. Came up on Google or Yelp as recommendation for food. Had with friends for a cheap meal. Not bad, but not the best. Plenty of seating available.

Their spring pizza (substituted banana peppers for red onions) seemed different than what I remember. I think it used to have fresh dill on it, which made it bright and fresh. Really missed the dill!The crust was light and crispy ordered well done. My friend ordered no cheese because of lactose intolerance...tough for me as a cheese lover. I felt the whole pizza needing some salt but it was probably a function of no cheese.

Fast service and many choices for drinks. The servers were also pleasant. But the pizza itself lacked flavor. This was a going theme for me in Indianapolis that weekend so I hope I just struck out and that this isn't how the entire city operates in regard to food service. Adding the Parmesan cheese helped by the sauce on the pizza along with the crust lacking flavor is where it all begins.

I was excited to finally go here after reading all the reviews. I can't say it was anything remarkable. We had The Colossus, Garlic bread with cheese and and the Mozerella plate. The pizza was actually very bland. A little crushed red pepper or even salt and pepper would help. All that was available at the table was packets of parmesan cheese. Definitely not worth $28. A server came by and took my plate following the appetizers and never brought me another one and our drinks weren't refilled. They weren't that busy. Overall a typical bar/tavern pizza, not worth the $75 tab (with tip).

0/10 Out of towners don't eat here. The pizza tastes like cicis buffet. The staff is too casual and just really seem to be bothered if you ask them for anything. Beer and wine only but the amount of gnats flying around the bar will make you want to leave. Additionally $3 for a ramekin of cheese sauce is crazy. I ended up throwing the food away.
