be careful, of the 5 star reviews, regarding axis apartments, or any other properties, that these liars own. most are fake...companies, offer services, over the internet, for deceptive companies like flannery and collins...they go in and erase the bad reviews, and put good ones, in their place....go to yelp, the bbb, the attorney generals office, so you can see, how deceitful and deceptive this company is...my name is jeff salatin, and my review is spot on, in regards to how i was treated, at axis apartments....initially, the deception take place by asking for a review, within the first couple of months living there..then, after sometime, you realize, it's cheap materials, cheap labor, poor maintenance, incompetent managers, and a corporate office, that's negligent, and fails to do the right thing...

The apartments themselves are really nice. I knocked off a star for the price. It's quite expensive here. The amount we pay for parking alone is honestly a joke. Unfortunately, we are moving for this reason. I love the convenient downtown location and living above a Kroger is a huge perk. Apartments are clean and new - great size tub, nice kitchen and living area. The layout of the building is a huge downfall for me. You have to take separate elevators or walk through an entire floor out of your way in order to get to your apartment or to the lobby. This can be extremely frustrating especially if you are running late for work and just trying to get to your car quickly!Overall, I would recommend this place if you have the money. However, there are many cheaper options that are just as nice and give you more space for less! Unfortunately, it's hard to overlook that.

Great place to live downtown. For me the best amenities would be living above the Marsh and being within a block of the canal walk. The management is very friendly. The building is a mix of working professionals, students, and empty nesters. The SkyBar on the roof has an incredible city view. I'm not a pool person, but the one here is a ten for sure. If you have guests staying from out of town they even have apartments you can reserve for a super reasonable rate!

Best apartments I've ever lived in. So many great features like a skybar and a gorgeous courtyard. They put out beautiful flowers for Easter! The hallways always smell wonderful. The people who work here are so friendly. And the apartment itself is a dream come true for me. Maintenance stays right on top of requests. I love it here Been here a few months and I still love everything about the place.
