Aunt Polly's Pizza

I've been going to this place for 40 years and they've always been incredibly kind to me and the pizza is actually my favorite in the city.I was a pizza driver for 20 years and every driver knew that these guys had the bravest and most knowledgeable drivers around.Truly awesome to see a small business survive this long.

Can't beat it. They let us know ahead of time, it would be longer than usual for delivery. They made it within the quoted time.Pizza and bread sticks were fresh and the onion rings still crispy!Can't wait to enjoy again soon.

Owner was EXTREMELY rude! Not welcoming AT ALL, very mean and nasty. When I first walked in the worker was VAPING while fixing food, also the place has an awful smell to it. Would NOT recommend at all. PLEASE spend your money on elsewhere.

Horrible greasy high in fat food if you care about yourself don't eat here disgustingly made greasy never cooked right and the disrespectful dirty stuff that they have there are disgusting just like their service and their food

WORST PIZZA/EXPERIENCE EVER! We waited two hours for our pizza (when the place was 5 minutes from our hotel), after I had tried to cancel the order because of the wait and us being exhausted and wanting to just go to bed, but I was told she couldn't cancel the order at that point so we waited an additional 45 minutes before our cold, soggy, disgusting pizza and mushrooms were delivered.So I called a third time requesting a refund at which time I was told that she was unable to process a refund until the following day when a manager was there. I called the next day and was told that I would receive a call back. When a man who says he was an owner called me back he spoke to me about my experience, made a bunch of excuses, then said he would call the lady from the previous night and call me back. He called back hours later with more excuses (moot at this point as I was livid) and said that he couldn't process a refund to our card so he would have to mail cash. He took my address. It has now been 6 weeks and no refund. What a rediculous scam - DO NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE! Terrible business practice, terrible management, scam.

The service was great. The guy at the front greeted me and made me feel at home in his establishment. A really good man. I appreciated that. I love that the place is open late - gives you an option to eat something other then McDonalds or Taco Bell. the food was delicious too. That said, it's expensive - extremely overpriced. It's tough times but most menu items are ten bucks - including the chicken tenders and fries. there is NO DESIGNATED PARKING. Most cars just parked on the Main Street. There is also no indoor dining option available - it's a cramped space and they have all their inventory stacked up by the entrance. With just five customers including myself waiting for our meals in there it felt a little cramped.

We ordered a chef salad and a small pep pizza. Sent my son to pick up the order and he brought back some hot wings and a large meat lovers. Person stated they were very busy and that was all they had available. WOW! Is all I can say saved 10 dollars but can't eat hot wings or all that meat on pizza. They didn't deserve any stars

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! The employees must all be on something! Waited 2+ hours for a pizza, never came finally had to call them just to get accused that a man ordered it and gave them the wrong address and phone number even though it was paid by card. I ordered and paid for the phone I am a female born raised and still am. Now trying to refuse monies back! So disappointed. We always try to support the small business, but this is just an example of why so many are struggling!
