This is a nice little course for the money. It was $30 to ride on a Friday at noon. All the greens were in good shape. Long hitters won't love this course, but the average golfer will find it as a value.

Serviceable municipal style affair about 15 minutes south of Pendleton. Plays short even from the tips and bombers off the tee may find a chip is all that is left into the green on several holes. Slope rating of 114 from the blues gives a pretty good indication that it isn't a significantly difficult track.Very quiet out here in the sticks and it made for a nice round. Overall appears like a very mature course with large trees lining the fairways. Greens have a decent amount of contour and played slow today...sped up some once the morning dew burned off. Greens were freshly mowed and well kept but the fairways appeared like they hadn't been touched since Thursday or Friday (probably due to amount of rain past few days). Little to no roll out on tee shots and felt like anything in the fairway was hitting from the first cut on any other course. Tee boxes were in good shape. Some interesting holes here too...it isn't just a back and forth affair.Seriously 5 cars in the lot when I rolled up at 730 on a Sunday (!) and pretty sure one was an employee. All carts still had serious amounts of dew on them. I am fairly sure there wasn't anyone else working. Very much a local operation. Attire on the course was anything from traditional to jorts. My playing partner assured me the skill sets vary wildly also.Playing time for us was just over 3 hours with no one ahead of us. Hard to lose a ball here since it is pretty open on most fairways.Pro shop and snack bar were below average and the woman running it was...surly. Breakfast burrito was $3.45 straight from the freezer into the microwave. Overpriced. For a $34 weekend rate I was not expecting a ton. It is what it is and was OK for me. I will likely be back if for nothing else the low rates and proximity to my current location.

A long hitters paradise. This course plays very short. I shot a 68 (par 70) first time out here and that is partially due to the fact that I was well inside 100 yards on most par 4's after my tee shot.I really want to give this course a 4/5, but nothing really stood out to me. The green conditions varied and the fairways were hit or miss. The back 9 is definitely more mature and narrow while the front 9 leaves plenty of room for mistakes.Greens: 3.6/5Fairways: 3.3/5Tees: 3.3/5 I will probably return to see if I can improve on my first round 68. I found it odd/funny when I ordered a hotdog and the girl told me it was $3 but I was charged $2.99. I understand it's just 1 cent but if something cost $2.99, tell me it cost $2.99.. I FELT BETRAYED!!

A very nice place to play...assuming you have a good GPS and can find it! (And they could use a much larger and brighter sign telling you where to turn!) But once you know where it is it's a nice course. It's definitely owned by a local group (possibly a family affair?) and they have always been pleasant to me. But as a previous reviewer stated, the quality of players in front of you will vary from beginners to good hitters so if you're in a hurry come early in the morning.

I don't golf much but it seemed like a descent course and the prices seemed to be in line with everybody else. The course seemed well kept and manicured. I am not an expert but was satisfied.

The other reviews are accurate. The course does play short. I'm a beginner and I enjoy playing here for that reason. The fairways seem to be very forgiving for a hack like me.The fairways and greens are in amazing shape right now. There are some fun par 3 holes.

Fun little course in Hancock county. Even a hacker like myself can shoot near par on a good day. Doesn't play very long and expect driver, wedge on many of the holes. The 85 yard par 3 is an interesting challenge as players need to take some off a full swing.
