I don't normally rate fast food but we had an excellent experience at this location! The food was made quickly, the staff member in the window was very friendly and personable. We'd stop by again!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The employee was incredibly rude in the drive thru, purposefully didn't give me a reciept because she knew I was upset, my order was wrong, and my food was cold. It's worth the 10 minute drive to go literally anywhere else.

Decent food. Friendly employees. Always asked to pull ahead or to a parking spot to wait. I suspect it is to trick the system into thinking they are fast. I was one of 6 cars waiting in parking spaces. They are always vague too. "Pull ahead so we can get the thing." This is a regular occurrence.

Been there ones the food was good specially the curly fries those are amazing. I went during my lunch break,The service was fast staff was friendly, I have no complaints I do have to say the sandwich looked bigger in the picture than what they actually are, but I believe that for every fast food restaurant .

Ordered the new smoked brisket sandwich from Arby's at 3314 S East St, that claimed to have been smoked for 13 hours...well that's total BULLSHIT!! Meat, cheese, and bun were cold...brisket was raw in spots. Returned sandwich and got my money back...went to Wendy's! It will be a cold day in hell before I get food there again.
