I have to give the ladies running this place a shout-out tonight. It was pouring down and my son and I pulled in because I couldn't see the road. We went in and the store was clean and empty. We used the clean bathrooms and went a head and grabbed dinner,since the drive was going to be LONG. They were all so helpful to me, I was not familiar with their food and menu. They cooked everything fresh for us and gave me extra horseradish sauce to take home (sooo good). They followed us to the door when we left and shouted out for us to be safe which made me feel blessed that we stopped in. If the boy wants curly fires again I will swing in and see them.

Just visited this location for lunch and although the young lady at the drive thru was very courteous and cheerful, I was horrified when I pulled up to the window. After handing her the money to pay, I looked inside and the lady wrapping the sandwiches was not only talking on some kind of electronic device, but she was standing there licking her fingers! I am so disgusted. I just politely waited for my food and drove away. Throwing it right in the trash when I got back to work. So not only am I starving but i'm out of $10 too. Y'all please pray over y'all food!! You never know what kind of safety practices they are or in this case are not practicing. NEVER going back to this location. YUCK!

I can't believe I'm writing a review for Arby's. I don't normally visit fast food restaurants, let alone leave a review, but I feel it's well deserved! A few weeks ago after a long day of traveling, my husband and I got home really late, had no food in the house and just needed something. After driving around aimlessly just trying to find something that was actually open (despite many places hours stating that they should have been - lack of workers is real so I totally get it), we happened upon Arby's. It was late, so the employees could have been less than hospitable if they were nearing the end of their shift, but they were the opposite! So nice and customer service oriented. Kudos for treating probably one of your last customers of your shift as well as you would expect the first.As far as the food...again, can't believe this....but I think I had some of the best Arby's mozzarella sticks and fries that night. Everything was clearly made fresh and with care. The market fresh sandwiches were also really great and actually fresh.All in all, I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due (and probably not often given). Whoever is working the late shift - keep it up!

This location never serves fresh food!! Even if you request it, it's never fresh and I have been living in this area for 5 years now. Don't waste your money here, go to the speedway plaza location, food is always fresh and better customer service!!

SSSLLLOOOOOOOWWW. I've gone through the drive through twice now, and both times it took way too long for me to get my turkey sandwich on a Junior bun. The first time was 7 minutes, the second 12. Once I was the only person, the next time there was one car with one lady in front of me. And this is one of the Arby's with the curbs that hold you in so you can't leave the drive-thru. Annoying. Seriously. It does not take 12 minutes to put 3-4 ounces of turkey onto a bun. There is no excuse for this. What is WRONG with Arby's? They all seem to be taking a turn towards sucking. If they're holding on something for the first car (what? potato cakes?), and the food for the second car is done, why not do McDonald's-style and have the first car move forward? I will not be back.

This Arby's location is terrible. They tell you there is no roast beef and then when you try to order something else they say we are closing 3 hours before they close!!! This location needs to shut down terrible customer service

I'm a fellow fast food worker so I typically understand the struggles of working the late shift... but for a restaurant to close at midnight and you stop serving key items more than 2 hours before close is ridiculous imo

I went to Arby's on Georgetown Rd. I thought I was ordering a meal but I received just the 3 pieces of fish so I went through the drive-thru again to order some fries. I was disappointed that there was no salad or Cole slaw available so nothing "healthy" to add to my meal. The fish was good and hot but if I was hungrier I would have ordered the 5 pieces rather than the 3. The fries were not ready but when they were brought to me they were hot and crispy but I did not get the requested catsup and with both orders I did not get a napkin. I do wish that the orange shakes were a permanent item on the menu then I would be a more regular customer.
