This review is actually 2 visits both disappointing I did not document the first visit, thinking it was just a bad dayfor the team. But, I gave them another chance today and ended up driving off.Both ti es, its been way I mean way to long atnthe drive thru line. Today, I waited and waited, said Helloe, several times amd never had a response, as I drove off I saw an employee smoking. i said you may want to tell the, to check their headpiece I never got a response from drive thru, he said oh its probably shift change time... at 12:58 pm ? Anyway I just drove away.The last time Igot to order but after waiti g in line over 5 minutes, we gave them the money for the order and waited about 8 more minutes for food, never told why or sorry for the wait. Then we find out got the wrong sandwich but fries were hotI have written off this Arby's location for sure

You know it's one thing to get your food at a fast food place but you should expect it hot and it should be hot. Not cold like mine and I'm ready to go to work so I can't come back and get a new sandwich. The fries taste like they have been sitting there for a year, last I recalled I paid for a hot sandwich!!! Emma at the window was nice customer service was spot on. But the food not so much.

I've decided I will never go back to Arby's ever again. After trying to get into the restaurant with there street sign saying the lobby was open, I had to walk around the building to get to the one exit door that was open to the dining room. Then walked into a sticky floor with a drink spill on it and drying in place. And then proceeded to order potato cakes and was told they don't carry them anymore. I Will never be back again!

Fries were stale and cold. Cheese dip was solid. They forgot my sandwich and didn't use the promo code. My grandmother's sandwich was soggy, cold, greasy, and inedible. Do not go here

Horrible customer service. Took three peoples orders in front of us then when we got up there nobody said anything through the speakers for the ten minutes we sat there so we went around and pulled back in thinking they didn't see us pull up and still nothing. Then as we were about to leave one of the workers was outside and we asked if they were closed then she shook her head yes but then said she didn't know.

Ghetto! People who go to Arby's are willing to pay a premium (fast food) price, for premium (fast) food, expect a premium (fast food) dining experience. I experienced the exact opposite! The kitchen was dirty, looked unsanitary, and the workers were loud, obnoxious, and dropping f-bombs like it was no big deal. This is extra sad because this restaurant is near my neighborhood. The animals are moving in, so it's time to get out.
