I ordered a beef n cheddar and this is how much cheese was on both sandwiches, very disappointed : (
Turkey club, curly fries & a root beer.

Manager Karen is the best. They were out of a seasonal item but she made it right and was so kind in the process. This really is one of the best Arby's around.

Typical Arby's on a busy street. I forget about this place most of the time because there is so much around it. The food was good (Roast Beef Sandwich) and their curly fries are great. The person at the drive thru window was really nice and very personable.

Was out with my mom and decided to stop here to get food for me, her and my wife. Ordered 3 separate meals. Dropped my mom off at her house and noticed they forgot her sandwich. Gave her my sandwich and drove 10 minutes back to restaurant. When I got there they knew they forgot the sandwich. I asked for my sandwich (cheaper) and the difference back in my card. Manager looked very confused and said he couldn't do it. In synopsis:1. Received wrong food.2. Paid too much for food I never actually received.3. Lost 20 minutes of my day and gas by driving back and forth to restaurant.3. The rest of the food was cold by the time I got to my house.4. Manager is incompetent at their job.If this sounds good to you go check it out.

A couple years ago Arby's really went all in on their image change and efforts to rebrand. And I have to day, they did a great job.I've been to this Arby's a good number of times now, and it's so good that I will keep going back as long as I work close to this location.The management does a good job at keeping the place clean and running smoothly. The food is EXCELLENT, and fairly priced. The sliders in particular are simple but cheap and delicious - and who doesn't love some hot, fresh curly fries??I haven't been to McDonalds since I discovered this was just down the road. Only criticism is that sometimes the indoors is unusually chilly. But it's worth it for the awesome food and service.

wth is this, i usually live arby's, i came through tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich.. didn't receive that i vogt two chicken tenders instead of a patty??? and i also tried ordering a jamoca shake but the guy at the window said it was down and had already cleaned for the night very disappointed tonight :(

I've been to this Arby's on Emerson twice in the last two months and both times were honestly awful. It's really disappointing because I'm a huge Arby's fan but the food and service here sucks. Both times the roast beef in my beef and cheddar was super dry and looked/tasted like it been out for awhile. The first time I came ordered an 8 piece Jalapeño popper order and they gave me 4 poppers. Not to also mention I wasn't aware the Broncho Berry sauce was valuable because I got attitude both time I asked for an extra packet because they gave me 1 both times for my 8 piece poppers. The second time they threatened to charge me for the extra one but they said you're lucky were busy or else I would have charged you if you weren't holding up the line. Long story short I avoid eating at this location and only eat at other ones I know are good around the city. Sucks cause this is the one nearest to my house but I really hope it changes for the better soon. Till then I'll avoid eating at Arby's unless it's convenient for me.

The absolute worst Arby's I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible. I was in line by MYSELF. No other cars at all and was waiting to even order my food for 15 mins. Then they got the order wrong. Always so rude as well.
