Arbor at The Bradley was the perfect way to start my Sunday morning. Tucked inside the hotel, this elegant and peaceful restaurant set the tone for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The soft hum of conversation, natural light pouring in, and the warm, inviting decor created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and comforting.I started my morning with Eggs Benedict, a masterpiece built on a grilled focaccia base, layered with city ham, fresh arugula, sunny eggs, and a velvety hollandaise sauce. The moment the plate arrived, I was captivated, golden yolks peeking through, the glossy sheen of the hollandaise, and the perfectly crisped edges of the focaccia all promised something incredible. As I cut into the eggs, the yolk spilled out like liquid gold, coating the layers beneath it in richness. The hollandaise was silky smooth, carrying a delicate balance of butter and citrus that elevated every bite. The city ham added a savory depth, slightly smoky and perfectly salty, while the arugula introduced a hint of peppery freshness that kept the dish from feeling too heavy. The grilled focaccia was an unexpected yet brilliant touch, crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, soaking up all the flavors effortlessly.Every element worked together in harmony, making each bite a symphony of textures and tastes. It wasn't just breakfast, it was an experience worth savoring. Arbor at The Bradley has set the bar high, and I'll definitely be returning for more.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The restaurant is just as beautiful! I didn't stay at the hotel but I'm sure it is a great addition to the stay to have this cute restaurant in the building. I got the ricotta pancakes, a side of bacon, and the Asiago-safe biscuit. The pancakes were so good! This is not your average pancake, I genuinely didn't need syrup it was so tasty. The bacon was cooked well but the biscuit was not for me. It was too wheaty and stiff for my liking. I had a taste of my friends fried potatoes and they were sooo good! Next time I'm getting my own order of those!Overall I enjoyed my visit. I would return for sure!

As I was on my way to the Promenade Park I walked past this place and decided to stop and grab something to eat. I ended up ordering the chicken sandwich which also came with fries. I ate here as opposed to going to the park to eat ( I went to the park after I finished eating). I ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries. Chicken sandwich was actually bigger than I expected it to be. The sandwich was good not great. Personally I wish there would have been cooked a little longer. The toppings were absolutely delicious. I only ate a few of the french fries but they were actually really good. The service was excellent . The total cost of this meal was about $16 if I'm not mistaken.

With one exception, I have only been to Arbor once for anything besides breakfast, but I have been countless times for breakfast and absolutely love it!! My go-to is The Standard with sunny-side up eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast, and it's the perfect breakfast. I have had the oatmeal once and it was fine, but the granola with yogurt, berries and roasted pepitas is wonderful! It's homemade granola and really fills you up. The service is really friendly and attentive, the atmosphere inside is lovely, and the outdoor seating is comfortable and makes for good people-watching!

Visited Arbor with a group for lunch (they have a great brunch menu during lunchtime). Excellent food, friendly service, very clean, nice decor. Everyone at the table seemed happy with their meals. Reasonable prices for a downtown sit-down meal. I appreciate the interesting and different menu options. My brisket hash was well cooked with good flavors and textures; love the crunchy onions on top! Seating is comfortable and decor is fun - very cool patterned wallpaper. Parked in a parking garage a couple blocks away. Only two things I would change - more water refills, and the food all came to the table at different times (weird to sit there with a hot plate of food when nobody else has theirs yet... also feels weird to eat half my meal before others' arrive so not sure there's a win there). Overall great experience though.

We had reservations for my daughter's 15th bday. The place is very pretty & the piano player is a vibe(Von Maur vibe) & the girls enjoyed taking selfies in the bathroom. The service was ok. Server acted as if she'd rather be anywhere but there. My son ordered pizza that was served with the entire crust blackened. They made another pizza as the one they served was inedible. I had the veggie lasagna. It was pretty good except the edges were super crispy & the middle was luke warm. My daughter ordered the bucatini. I tried a bite & the pasta was crunchy. Not al dente but UNDERCOOKED. The Cesar salad was dry. $165 for 4 people. Fort Wayne has much better options. Hard pass.

The atmosphere is beautiful, but like usual downtown, it's hard to find parking spots. The prices were very cheap compared to other casual restaurants but the chicken sandwich was overcooked & burnt unfortunately. Their coffee is from Utopia & had a great flavor. Would like to go back & try there dinner menu which is not available until 5:00.
