Excellent Indian lunch buffet coming from an Indian. Nothing is very spicy. Service was pleasant, unobtrusive and kept our water glasses filled. We went for lunch and it was relatively quiet. But they had just opened for lunch.Buffet is neat orderly and has plenty of choices. I always recommend the buffet if you haven't tried Indian food or are not familiar with the various menu items.

Went here with a friend last night. At first, our waiter brought out these wafer-like crackers (cannot remember what they are called). They had a spice to them and were so good! I ordered chicken palak, and she ordered chicken curry, and oh my gosh, were they both so delicious!! So full of flavor and rich. The service was fantastic, and we were impressed by how many DoorDash/GrubHub orders they were cranking out! The waiter/owner was also on top of the refills. The ambience was cozy. They have a buffet every day for lunch. We both decided we will definitely be back and will bring our families!

Have been here a few times. Plenty of parking since they're in the strip mall. Love the buffet. Came on Tues 12.17.24 for lunch and we were seated right away. Service is pleasant. The buffet has little "anmetags" indicating what the dishes are, although I don'treally know what is what. Except that Itry a little of everything, and everything is tasty. The garlic naan is hot and delicious as well. And my hubs particularly loves their mango pudding dessert. #yum #ReviewsByRL

This is a good, solid Indian restaurant with a significant following. We ate here recently and while dining in watched the procession of Doordash drivers, and other carry out drivers, come in to pick up large orders. If I lived closer, this would probably be my preferred method.The food was good and nicely portioned. The spicing tends to be on the mild side. I usually get Indian food in the medium range and my Chicken Korma was very, very mild. It had a nice balanced flavor but no spice kick. My companion's Lamb Tikka was good with the lamb perfectly cooked. Once, again, there was no real spice to it. One unique thing is the fact that the naan was included in the entree and that was light and flavorful.

This place serves fresh, delicious Indian food like few others in the area. Our server was warm, kind, and extremely helpful while we ordered. She also was tending to the front of house alone with skill and efficiency-- top notch service. We ordered the Chicken Karahi and Baingan Bhartha and both were generous portions, flavorful, and piping hot. Additionally, the rice and naan come with the meal here; this is, in part where Amber Indian stands out among its peers. The portions of each were huge and the naan was super fresh, buttery, chewy and tasty. As far as locale and ambiance, this spot is a little dated but it's kept clean and lovingly tended to by the owners. Give this place a try, your tastebuds deserve it.

Amber was a great last minute call for me and my friends to meet up at! The food was very well prepared and generous portion sizes. The atmosphere was okay, but fairly small space and even with three people we felt like the loud group. Still would recommend this for your Indian food fix!

Best Indian restaurant on the north side of Indianapolis. I've eaten there several times and I've never had a bad meal. The saag paneer is AMAZING! Last night I had the aloo mater and it was great. I wish I had gotten medium heat. Mild is very mild so perfect for someone who likes Indian food but doesn't like spicy food but I wish I had gotten it hotter. The best thing there is the garlic naan!! It costs a little more than regular naan but it's worth it!! It's delicious and has a lot of garlic. The restaurant is always very clean. The wait staff are always polite and helpful. Every time I have eaten there, the food comes out very quickly. There is a lot of Indian art decorating the restaurant which adds to the ambience. It's easy to find and easy to find parking.

First time at an Indian cuisine buffet. I don't know all the names or what I was getting but it all looked very fresh and delicious. I chose several different entrees from the buffet and was not disappointed with anything. The dining area was very clean and neat with table cloths and glasses for water. Our hostess was very friendly and attentive.We got the garlic naan and it was GREAT!
