Alpha Neveria & Tamales

This is a neat little Mexican ice cream shop (they have tamales too but we didn't try them) in a strip mall. They have a dizzying selection of unique flavors. Prices are reasonable and the portions are huge.

I was driving a seen this place and thought I'd give it a try! I'm glad I did, they have amazing Horchata! It's so pretty inside, such a different but trendy aesthetic. I'm pretty sure I came in on at a mellow time of day but it gave me a chance look at the menu and ask questions. Tania was a really big help and she guided me through ordering and what they offered. I ordered the green chicken and cheese tamales (with corn husks), the red chicken tamales (with corn husks) and the red chicken tamales (with banana husks). Very good!

The tamales (especially the banana leaf wrapped pork w green sauce) are so good! Also got a mangonada and a banana ice cream. Both were fantastic. The customer service was great as well. Will def be returning!
