We were members here for a short time, but this place has quickly gone down hill. There are many of these trampoline parks in the area, and I would absolutely steer very clear of this one. Think of placesThe activities offered and proximity to our house were the upside, but Adrenaline is so poorly run and managed that it's frightening. Michelle, who happens to be part owner, is a main part of the problem. It's sad. We've seen her be wildly rude to guests in the past, show a very childish attitude, and be simply unprofessional. The sort of thing you'd come to expect from a failing business. After showing up on a 'Glow Night' and witnessing an absolute meltdown of any sort function to this place, and her initiating an extremely rude attitude towards me, we will never be back or spend another dime in this establishment. With insufficient staffing for safety, lack of cleaning, broken equipment, in addition to ownership that is classless and rude to guests, I'll be surprised if this place is open a year from now.

My grandson talked me into taking him here for his birthday. For Sunday it $22 per person, and you are required to have Adrenaline socks, so that's $3.50 per person if you don't; however, that's for an all-day pass. There is no time limit, and you can even come and go. Also, you don't have to pay separately to the zip line or suspended play areas ext So you're coming out better than the other trampoline places. This one also has an arcade, but you do have to pay for it separately. They have 6 different T. Vs. I was able to get three different sports channels right in front of me. Hint, download the tunity app and the audio will play through you phone for any TV you scan on the app.The food looks way better than any of the other places.Everything is very open and spacious, not all crowded together.

We love coming to Adrenaline Family Adventure Park, it is fun for everyone! We celebrated my sons birthday with a group of people and everyone had a blast. I love that there are toddler activities and they accommodate the little kids too. We ordered pizza and cheese fries and of course had to order slushies! There is a huge trampoline park. My kids love the zip line. Also, there are arcade games. We will definitely be back soon!

Our entire family has a blast every time we head here. We live a half hour away but it's worth the drive, especially in the winter months when our kids need to get the wiggles out. I personally enjoy the opportunity to throw dodgeballs at random people I don't know. My kids love it all, especially the rock climbing walls. One thing I appreciate is that they are always expanding what they offer and do a good job of upkeep with what they have. Also the pizza... it's a really simple thin crust, but it's sneaky satisfying. Hope you check it out and enjoy!

Don't be an obnoxious a-hole to your guests. Been coming here for many years. There's a main entrance and then there also happens to be a side exit door on the other side of the building. If you don't want people to use the side exit door, then post a very conspicuous sign on that door displaying "emergency exit only" but don't come up yelling at me like I'm a child for walking out the door telling me I can't go out that door. If you don't want me to use the damn door, then put a sign up that says emergency exit only.

Me and my friends went to go get our other friend but when we tried to go back in he asked us where our parents were and we said our friends uncle was watching us so we went to go find him and the security guard followed us and asked him his age and my friends uncle said 19 and the security guards told us we had to leave because he had to be over 25 while all the other employees said they had to be 18 or older to watch a minor. After we had already paid and been there for two hours and had no issues, this really made the experience not good.

I am so disappointed in this place. This use to be a favorite place of my daughter and her friends. We paid for summer camp back in February for a certain price. We were told only to pay the deposit to save their spot on the list. I had 3 of her other friends do the same so they could be at the call together. Then in April, we saw the price for the camp went up and I called and talked to the manager and he said don't worry about it. We should be good and they would honor the original price. In July, we went to drop our daughter off and they overcharge my husband. I called and went up there to explain th situation. I was told the other 2 managers that promised me we would be ok have quit or got fired!!! I gave their names and phone numbers as proof but the new manager refused to refund us the difference. My daughter friend's mothers were going through the same thing. They charged one mom the lesser amount but not my husband. I asked why and was never given a reasonable answer. I was then told I could get these useless passes during the weekday but was promised weekend passes. The other momwas given the passes as well. So now I come up here during the week to finally redeem my pass and my daughter's friend's pass. Her mother couldn't come because she was working and had to leave in the morning. I agreed to bring both girls to play well. The newest managers (seems like they have a new one every week) refused to honor one of the passes because I brought her friend. I explained that her mother couldn't come and we received the pass due to the mishaps during the summer. The young manager was very rude and said he didn't care. He said I probably got the pass from marketing. I said we didn't not!! We got them this summer because of how we were treated and the mishap. The other manager (I really don't know why they need so many of them when they have awful customer service) says let me go ask the area manager. The area manager never came out to speak to me after I requested to speak to him. They said well he said no. I said so it's costing us even more money for us to play today when we were told we could use the pass. I get if they both were my children. I just so happened to be both of their ride. I am very disappointed because of their mistake is still costing me money and they are so rude. They don't care about their customers or doing right by them. I see why their staff keeps quitting. I would not recommend this place there are others places that care more about their customers. I am sick of spending money there when they are not trying to correct the problem but cause more problems.

This experience was ok. Everything was fine up until all my friends got kicked out. Basically we were playing for 2 hours then our other friend came late. On our way back to play an officer stopped us and asked where our parents were. We said that we were getting watched by an adult and so we thought that everything was fine. But it wasn't. The officer started following us and asked how old our adult was. He was 18 so he was what we thought able to watch us. Instead the officer said 25 years old to watch people and so we were confused. He then said that your parent that signed the waiver had to be in the building which no one has ever seen before. And now I'm really confused because parents drop their kids off for birthday parties all the time and I didn't see a difference. So then we got kicked out and we had to wait on the bleachers in the front for our parents to come pick us up. Our parents live 45 minutes away so we had to wait there for a long time. The experience was ok which is why I gave it two stars. In my mind if that rule was really that big then they should say it when you sign the waiver.
