8 Fifteen

I have been shopping regularly over the past year at 8Fifteen. I could go on and on about all the brands and designers they carry, but what I'm most impressed by is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.Shopping 8fifteen is a delight. They aren't pushy, but offer excellent knowledge on the clothes and expertise in styling. I've watched them patiently and skillfully help customers that are trying on clothes... and I have personally benefited from their help when I've selected some of my favorite sneakers!! (They regularly carry VEJA and Golden Goose)I love their jewelry and candles, too. I know that whatever I choose to purchase from a 8FIFTEEN, it's going to be excellent quality. From my shopping experience here, I happen to know that this locally owned boutique also supports several local nonprofits in the community. I'll be a customer for life.

This is by far one of the BEST boutiques I've visited. They carry the most selective pieces that truly enhance my style and love for fashion. I love how they carry Golden Goose, Graphic Tees, Sundry, and their large selection of designer jeans in many styles. Aside from the amazing clothes and the quality of each item I've purchased, I'm highly impressed with the staff and the service I've received while shopping there. They help me when I need it and let me shop in peace when I'm feeling that vibe. They also do many projects within the community to support local businesses and organizations as well which speaks volumes. So thankful there is a store local that carries amazing designer pieces and has the personality and love behind it like this one.

I had such a great experience shopping at 8FIFTEEN. The girls helped me find the perfect outfit for an upcoming photo shoot. They have so many great brands and designers at all different price points. I can't wait to go back!

I would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in shortly after opening on a Saturday. No other customers. No greeting from the sales associates, one of whom was sitting on a stool buried in her phone. The other never left the counter. I doubt that either young lady has the fashion sense or hustle to give the type of customer service that people who buy clothes at this boutique's price point expect.The most industrious person in the store was the cleaner who was VACUUMING and then WET MOPPED with something so strong it made my sinuses burn. Who vacuums and mops a high end boutique during business hours? Nothing about the experience was pleasant. Although some pieces might have tempted me, particularly since I'm a big fan of Veronica Beard and Frame, there isn't a thing in this store that can't be purchased at Nordstrom or Saks where the customer service is inscrutible, or online where I can shop without the unpleasant roar of a vacuum. I will never set foot in this establishment and will tell my friends to avoid it.

I love this store! The girls who work here are great! They go to almost any length to help you find what you are looking for. I have a daughter in school out east and they have sent pictures of dresses to her to look at for special events that she needs something for and then will send things out for her to try on. This is the kind of special customer service you can't find just anywhere. This a truly a one of a kinds store with true customer service. Erin and Claire the owners are always cheerful and will to go the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Just read some reviews from a couple of years ago. There's a new owner for the past 18 months and they've taken it to the next level! Please don't let the older reviews keep you from stopping in. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have amazing clothing, shoes and accessories! Very unique and beautiful styles - timeless. This is a great find! Bringing NYC to Indy! Love this shop!

Have been following them for some time on Instagram and couldn't wait to visit. But when I did, I was extremely disappointed. The women working there, including the owner herself, were so stuck up, and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers or in making a sale. Very sad. Bought nothing and felt very uncomfortable the whole time in the store. Beautiful clothes but not worth dealing with such conceited and rude people. Will not be going back and unfollowed on Instagram. Don't waste you time and money here.

Echo what other reviewers have said. I have been in a couple times and each the same. Walked in on a Saturday, two weekends before Christmas. No greetings, one girl was staring at her phone and only glanced up at me. I was looking for a gift for my sister in law and probably would have bought something, but the customer service was subpar. It wasn't until I was leaving that someone asked how I was doing and offered to get the door for me (which I did appreciate). At the price point of their pieces, one would expect them to at least offer to help shop. I can't imagine how this store stays in business, especially in Broad Ripple. I love to support small businesses, but this one is hard to get behind.

This is hands down the best boutique in Indy and my favorite place to shop! They carry an amazing curated collection and are constantly getting new items in. If you see something you love on they Instagram, just comment or direct message them because they sellout quickly. Definitely a must stop if your visiting or a local! The entire team at 8Fifteen is very helpful and if you can't visit they'll ship out of state if needed!

Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect. Happened upon the store, came in for some retail therapy. Two staff members,store empty, no on acknowledged our entry or even looked at us. There must be a good reason there were no other customers in the store. Never again, extremely disappointed.
