Indian Curry

This place is closed permanently, food was pretty good, don't know what happened, hope all is well

I have been on the hunt for a good Indian place nearby, and I was excited when I came across an article mentioning Indian Curry. It's more of a fast casual Indian restaurant, which is somewhat of a rarity for this type of cuisine. We started by ordering the two vegetarian Indian curry options, but we were essentially redirected to order a Curry Plate, which comes with two curries of your choice, rice, and your choice of naan. It can be a bit confusing if you're not familiar with how the menu works. We got a side of the Paneer Pakora, but they were a little too cold. The curries were good, and the naan came out fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Mango Lassis and the Ras Malai, but were disappointed that the Gulab Jamun was out of stock. I can't wait to go back and grab some tasty Indian food again.

The Naan is the best in the area. Had a lamb and chicken curry. Both were great. The chicken could be a little spicier (just a little). The price is good. I'm glad they finally opened. I've been waiting. Well worth the wait.Really helpful staff. Nice looking spot.I'll be back.

Great new Indian carry out restaurant in Griffith. The variety is limited from the ready to serve trays. My two plus a side included a spicy goat and chicken curries and rice w/ chicken. The side was a spicy naan. I also ordered a vegetable samosa. This did take a bit longer but the two piece appetizer was fresh and hot. My meal was spicy as advertised, definitely might be too hot for some folks. There are mild selections to choose from.My plate plus appetizer was about $20 and was too much for me to finish. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Indian Curry is awesome. There's no doubt about that. I've been here a few times for takeout, and it's always delicious. The naan is fresh, but the Butter Chicken is always rich and full of flavor. The prices are very reasonable too, and you get a decent amount for your buck. If you've never had Indian come here and give a couple of curries a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Try the butter chicken if it's your 1st Indian experience. As of this review (Aug 2023), if you like spicy, get a side of the Helfire Sauce. The owner warned us that it was very spicy. When he said that, I thought yeah ok I like spicy... How hot can it be? I used just a little on a bite, and it is fire. Then I wanted more. It's definitely for people who love crazy heat and flavor. If you're anywhere close to here, stop by. Get it. Enjoy.

Curry Plate, Karachi Chicken, Lamb Spinach, Bullet Naan * Chicken Biryani one word delicious!

Excellent food ! I ordered take out and my family loved everything. It's a little out of the way and not easily seen from 45th street but is worth the quest. The atmosphere is a little sterile but again it is in a little strip mall so I won't hold that against them

Butter chicken was horrible as well as the garlic naan. I would not recommend. Service is blah and the decor is not that bad.

I've been here many times. The girl that is usually there is so helpful and sweet. The food is so good that's why I keep coming back. Always get lamb spinach curry and something else. One time a different girl was working and didn't give rice with my order she had a problem with it and, was unhappy. Eventually she apologized and gave it. Easy fix, rice isn't expensive.Talked to the sweetheart, she said, "she is new and doesn't know. Lamb curry always comes with rice"! That's right!Came in again for lamb spinach curry one more time, and it was Manav who was disrespectful and a liar. Lamb curry comes with rice and it's not a compliment. It's not just on yelp but on the menu in front of your face. Filling a complaint with BBB for false advertising. GL.

Ordered through doordash I've eaten Indian cuisine often I use to live in Chicago but this was a total rip off spent over 70 bucks for two diners only received one, ordered an extra goat when I tasted it it was bones and liver yes liver I hate liver not even sure what kind of liver but I will certainly never order from them again I'll be making it myself, the chicken was good however there was about three slices very thin slices accompanied with a flavorful sauce with large chunks of green pepper. Would not recomend unless you're into bones.
