Found this great Indian lunch buffet! Was recommended to go to the India palace because we wanted an Indian buffet! We we're totally amazed with the modern and very, very clean restaurant! When it came to the selection, it couldn't have been better...At least 10 selections not including salad, sauces and desserts...The naan was delicious too! We went up twice ! The staff was gracious and attentive.... Great experience! We'll definitely be back.... with friends!

They have great variety of mostly non-meat options for their affordable weekend lunch buffet (but they do have lamb curry and chicken curry). We love their choices of plain or garlic naan, they also have rice pudding and gulab jamun! We used to like coming here for their unlimited delicious chai tea that came with the buffet, but unfortunately it tasted watered down the last time we went. Could be a change after the pandemic or a one-time thing. They do know how to make very good chai tea. It's a buffet so of course, food is not the freshest, but we have a good time here and the curries are flavorful, not spicy. It's tucked away in a quiet corner in a plaza and the staff are consistent and very kind.

This India Palace in Phoenix was named the number four Indian buffet in the US recently. That inspired me to check it out during a recent week-long stay in Phoenix. I spent over three years in India and am a fan of Indian cuisine. So I have been car-free and care-free for many moons. Phoenix is a difficult city to be car-free for a car is essential here and is super spread out. It is one of the largest cities in America aka Turtle Island. From where I was staying required me to get a Lyft over here and each way was more expensive than the buffet. Mind you only did this once during my trip to Phoenix for it was too far. The buffet that was number four in the nation certainly delivered. They had rice and plain naan which I appreciated being vegan. There were several things I could have on the buffet including sauteed cabbage, a tasty daal dish, a delicious spinach dish, and potato dish. There was one paneer aka cheese dish and three non veg dishes. There was a delicious cilantro chutney, homemade salsa, and tamarind chutney along with some veg pakora. The service was very friendly. The ambiance was simple and could have been better.I am deducting one star as would have liked to see at least one more vegan option on the buffet, perhaps some chana masala aka chickpeas or cauliflower yet four solid stars. The location was challenging to get to for me being car-free aka relying on Lyft and my own two feet to get around. Glad I did get to experience them and so should you if you are in Phoenix!

Amaaaaazing food. I recommend the Lamb Karahi spicy. The meat was so tender and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. The service was alright, though not great. But the flavor of the food more than made up for it. It was also a bit more pricey than I'm used to in California for comparable food. But given that it's the best place I've tried in Arizona, I'm willing to forgive that!

I mean, finding this gem tucked away in the corner of a strip mall was fortuitous. I was suspicious at first and then absolutely floored with the service and scrumptious food. Super friendly staff and authentic dishes, seriously one of my favorite Indian food spots, ever!! Glad I ordered too much, because I have leftovers

Wow, I was super impressed with the food at this place! I loved everything that we ordered and wouldn't know which one we wouldn't get next time. Service was awesome! Check in to get a free plain or garlic naan! Everyone was very attentive. The garlic naan was super delicious! Especially with all this dishes we got, everything went well with the naan. There were many things to choose from on the menu. Murg Makhani: this is the same as butter chicken when you order at other places. I think this might be my favorite place for butter chicken!Sag Lamb: got medium for this dish and it wasn't really spicy. It had the perfect texture of lamb and the overall taste was so good! The spinach and gravy mixed together was perfect on top of the naan. Tandoori Chicken: great presentation. The chicken was hot when it came out and very meaty!Chicken Fraizee: this order came with rice and the gravy was good!Beef Korma: the beef was cooked perfectly! I would recommend this place!

Excellent food here. Every dish is about $15 and they're definitely shareable! For $3 you can get a naan, and if you check in, they'll offer one for the tableFor $3, you can get rice and share a $15 curry dish. Highly recommend the butter chicken & beef korma as they were my table favorite
