I've been to Inca Fusion a couple times now, and both times have been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. For appetizers we have tried the yuca fries and the calamari. For mains, we have tried the Steak Saltado, Camaron al Ajillo, and the Chicharron de PescadoAll the food has been top notch in taste and quality. I highly recommend asking for a bottle of aji verde sauce for the table. It's spicy and delicious! The portions are great for the price as well, you definitely won't be leaving hungry. If you're looking for a unique dining experience (don't see that many Peruvian restaurants around) definitely check this place out!

We were quite a bit further up in the Avondale area and were looking for a spot to grab some dinner. After a quick Yelp search, I saw Inca Fusion with some rave reviews. We stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon; there were a few people dining in but it wasn't too busy. We were asked promptly if we wanted any drinks and given an overview of the menu. They even offered us a sample of the chicha morada and maracuya to try.I ended up getting the chicha morada to drink and the Inca Mix fusion plate with chicken for my meal. My husband got the Specialty Saltado which was a mix of chicken, steak, and shrimp. For my son, we ordered the chicken and fries. They brought us some rolls prior to our food coming out. The bread was good, wasn't a fan of the cinnamon butter as it wasn't sweet like I was expecting but it also wasn't salted butter, so it just had a bland cinnamon taste. The chicha morada was nice; I have gotten this drink at other Peruvian restaurants previously, and this one wasn't as sweet but also didn't have the strong clove flavor like I've experienced before. Overall, a nice refreshing drink for the summer! The food was good. My husband enjoyed his dish and mine was good too. The rice was a bit butter and garlic heavy; very similar to a hibachi restaurant. Chicken probably could've used a little more sauce too. If I had to pick, I'd say his dish was better (but I'd probably just get with chicken). The fries from the kids meal were good, my son enjoyed them; chicken was in very small pieces, not very much meat and mostly breading so that could be bit improved.Overall, I'd say if you're in the area, give them a try. I personally wouldn't drive out of my way to eat here but am glad we gave it a chance. Everyone was friendly and service was on point. We got our drink and food orders timely and the restaurant is very clean. All pluses!

So delicious!! I've had a little of Latin American food but not Incan/Peruvian food specifically. This was soooo delicious. From the wide variety of food to the appetizers (and omg delicious butter). Oh and the drinks! My husband and I are in love with their specialty punch and teas. I would go back again. In fact, I would go right now. The owner of the store is super sweet and went out of his way to make sure that we were always full up on drinks and that we knew what we were ordering. Just the best customer service, hands down. We saw him do it with every table. He deserves the best!

My Peruvian boyfriend and I were pretty disappointed with their food. We kind of had a high expectations because of good reviews. Positive:Service was goodRestaurant is new so it looks nice and cleanPlenty of parking spaceNegative:I could go on and on about negatives but I will try to keep it short.Food was on salty side. Especially the huancaina sauce and the rice that came with lomo Saltado.Food overall just didn't meat the standard that we would expect from Peruvian cuisine. I did read one review after I ate here that someone saying the food does not taste like real Peruvian food and the restaurant commemted saying " it is a fusion restaurant. "So you would probably enjoy it if you don't expect them to be an "authentic Peruvian restaurant"

Incredible food, cute ambiance, and stellar service! There was one gentlemen serving the entire restaurant, along with a table busser, and the kitchen crew. Every table was so well attended to and we never had to ask for anything. We hadn't eaten Peruvian food before and were educated on the cuisine. This restaurant should train other restaurants on service. And the food. WOW! SO good! The gentleman running the front of the house gave us recommendations and that's what we ordered. The food was exactly what he described. We'll be back!

This is one of those "hidden gems". Not far off the interstate 10 in a shopping center. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is everything you're looking for. The owner, Luis, and our server, Nicole, did the work of a dozen servers. The food was fantastic! we will be back for sure, and we're likely bringing friends! Can't recommend this place enough.

This place is fire! Great Peruvian food. From what I understand it is very authentic. I had a ceviche - I'm a snob about eating fish and only do it at fine dining - but got it here and it was delicious

My husband and I tried this little place one day. We were seated immediately, and our drink orders were taken. I tried the chicha morada, which was so good, but very unique as well. We split a dish that had steak, sausage, and pork on it, unfortunately I cannot remember the name. Everything was delicious! This little place is pretty new, but they offer unique food and great service!
