Imperial Kitchen and Bar

I recently visited Imperial Kitchen and Bar in Seattle and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is located in a prime location and has a great ambiance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and efficient. The menu is diverse and offers a wide range of options to choose from. I ordered the Hong Kong-style French toast. The drinks menu is also impressive and had a wide variety of options. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food and service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great bar experience in Seattle.

Food was just okay here. Nothing really stood out to us when we came here. Part of this may have been because I expected this to be more of a kitchen but instead, it was more of a bar/lounge. The tables were high and on the smaller side, matching the bar vibes. When we were there, there was a large party that was crowded around the bar, which totally changed the mood. The service was good though - the staff were all super nice!

Very attentive service. Delicious options. I enjoyed the chicken. Chill yet friendly atmosphere, watched Mariners opening night and March Madness and enjoyed family. Family had the French toast dessert.

Really enjoyed Happy hour here. Grabbed chicken sliders and fries, which was tasty! Chicken was cooked just right, fries were not too salty (most truffle fries are). Service was attentive, even tho he was only guy waiting. Prices standard to city food, totally worth it!

Imperial kitchen was solid. We went here for a date night and while the food was solid, there were a couple annoying things. From what we had seen online we had an idea of what we wanted to order but when we ordered we were told they were out of multiple items and didn't serve some drinks anymore (something about it being a specialty of a bartender from a while ago but the bartender left and they didn't update the menu). We were also given 3 menus and told some things from each menu weren't available so it was a little confusing.Overall the food was good and it was a pretty interior, but wish they had updated menus and they weren't out of so much! The entrees were solid but we loved the appetizers, such as the peanuts, chicken, and edamame! The service was also a little slow (there were only like 4 people at the restaurant and felt like it was a while for them to give us menus and to then take our order), but would recommend giving them a try (hopefully they're not out of anything) and we will go back soon to hopefully try some of the things they were out of when we went the first time!

Comforting HK style food. The black pepper sauce was delicious with the tofu and vegetables. This is a perfect option for vegetarians. I am glad they're expanding their dietary options. The sizzling meat sauce spaghetti was so comforting and flavors were on point. If you want the most well rounded meal, the udon, beef and vegetable sizzling plate is for you. Joe pours the perfect drinks and is so friendly. The HK French toast is a must!

This place is pretty sick! It's hard to find Hong Kong food here in Seattle, this place does it with drinks too! Nice spot to chill and eat! I got the ribeye plate which the portion was plenty. The steak was a good size and for around $24! The service was great, they were attentive and able to give you some good recs! Again, the price for the items aren't bad for the location nowadays. The only downside is that they do close a bit early for being a half bar half restaurant sort of deal. Also, I heard their French toast is fire but gotta go there early enough to get it!

Review in the time of Covid 2023: some tables outside, but this is mostly an indoor place. Great ventilation when the door is open.Great service!! Can't tell you how good the service is. Chill atmosphere. Interesting and varied menu. I look forward to trying more than the burgers, but the burgers were great! Everything hot and fresh, crispy French fries! A dream. Can't recommend this enough. If you want a good, fun, time come here! Cocktails are great.

This spot was close to work and one of the few open at lunch time on Saturday for us. My colleague and I ate here and had a good experience. The server was attentive and helpful. He even opened the door for us. The ambiance was kind of like a typical Belltown bar but a little scaled up with more modern decor. The food menu features a variety and they have many more vegetarian options than I realized from their online menu. I still went with the imperial French toast and it was very tasty! They had a lunch special of getting a free fountain beverage with entree purchase so that was nice. My colleague seemed to like her burger and fries too. Overall I'd probably come back for more specials or HH options.

The staff is really nice. The fries an are good and so is the burger. Other HK items are also good. The chairs were not having worn out covers. But the other interior is nice. The bar is not noisy. The reason for 4* is:1. They do not have vegetarian options on the menu 2. No healthy substitute for friesThe service is slow. So avoid going they when you are busy.
