This is a nice neighborhood market. I especially liked the meat counter. I picked up some pork chops marinated in adobo sauce and they were great. They do a very nice job on the adobo marinade picking up some of those traditional flavors and such.Service at the counter and register were interactive and friendly. They offer limited variety of grocery item but they carry most of the main staples. I would suggest if it were at all possible that they increase the amount of fresh produce if the amount of traffic warrants such a move.

This is one of a few stores that sell orange soda (my husband favorite soft drink). We stop by here a couple times a week just for orange soda. The guys working here have always been friendly and welcoming. Parking is good and the store is clean and organized. They are a small supermarket but carry a full selection of products, meats, canned goods, dairy and more.

Great one stop shop for all your freshly day needs from fresh cut meats, chicken, or pork from the meat department also great deals on meat package orders, fresh selection of produce fruits and vegetables, all sorts of frozen foods and frozen veggies 6 aisles of variety home needed necessities full selection of groceries and canned goods coldest frig in town for variety soft drinks, bears and wine, full selection of deli case and the best homemade salsa defiantly worth a stop if ur ever close by to check it out

Unfortunately, you do have to smell your meat before you purchase it. I'll tell them how much I want then ask for the bag before it's sealed to give it the nose test. They know me and how I am about the freshness. I've even had them grind some fresher ground beef. They know they're in a "Food Desert". I go out of convenience, not necessity. So I will call them out on things like expiration dates and bad meat.

This store is very good and has the fresh food you need the service is friendly and the food is fresh and it's also very clean if your ever in a hurry and need a item you should run down her they have laundry items , food and grocery, school supplies, etc. All the prices are reasonable and fit what they are so I definitely recommend coming here it's my new go to grocery store 10-10

This is our go-to market for carne asada, t-bone steaks and pollo. People always ask where we get our meat when we have barbecues and we refer them here. Twenty years ago it was painted blue, thus earning the nickname "Blue Market" in our home, which we still use even though the building is now beige. During grilling season we find all our essentials at this store. They have fair prices for meat, including the "crazy chicken" leg quarters and drumsticks for only 99 cents a pound. They also sell the seasoning blend they use for their marinades at the meat counter if you're a do-it-yourself kinda person. No liquor sold here but beer and wine is available. Some pantry items may be a little more expensive than a regular grocery but that's to be expected at any smaller market. I guess the neighborhood could be off-putting for some people but I grew up right down the street so it doesn't faze me. Never had a problem and it's worth it if you're looking for a quality butcher.

I went here on a Sunday afternoon to pick up some chicken to grill like I always do because I like the CRAZY CHICKEN marinated that they sell.then for the first time ever I decided to buy some drumsticks that was on sale for 99 cents a pound.i should of never bought them drumsticks.as soon as I got to my friend house to put meat on the grill IT SMELLED LIKE DEATH.the chicken smelled horrible.i couldn't believe it because the butcher sold me that chicken with a smile on his face...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MARKET.thats bad business.you don't do people like that

I have been shopping here for about 20 years . Prices are good place is always clean. All the workers are ready to help with whatever you need. They put Encanto Liqour to shame as far as price goes. Very family as well as neighborhood friendly . Eddie and his Dad make the perfect team when it comes to running a business. And don't forget the fresh meat they have to offer as well as price.
