When it's hot, my appetite wains. We ordered a Menage AU trois sandwich to go but ate it there. Delicious as always and very sloppy. Good thing we ate it there with a ton of napkins. It's gooey and dripping with secret sauce. The chicken is tasty along with the three cheeses inside. As a member of the Ike's club, I typed in my cell number after ordering. I was given a discount on my meal so I was happy about that. Thank you Ike! I also liked the all gender restrooms. My only issue was the phone kept ringing and ringing with no one answering. I am sure the people on the other end were not happy about this. I don't know if they have an answering service, recording or what but this issue needs to be rectified. I did see staff answer the phone once. She was the only staff so I do understand. Another staff appeared about 20 minutes later.Shared outside parking.

So so CLEAN and organized. Probably the best sandwich I have had in Scottsdale/ Phoenix area.The bread is crunchy even after being heated. Great variety of sandwiches that can be made up. You can also create your own sandwich. Adapted #99 "We are just friends ". Sourdough with chicken, orange sauce glaze, added tomato, and lettuce with Swiss. Skipped the garlic infused mayo. Surprise the sandwich comes with a lollipop

Best recommendation would be to never order from here through Uber Eats or DoorDash. Apparently they close at 7 and still accepted my order. I never received a call from the store telling me they close in 30 minutes or whatever that timing was. My Dasher arrived and chatted me saying "They're closed and told me because it's raining they wouldn't open the door."I called the restaurant and a woman answered. The immediate response was "This is Ikes we're closed" I asked her about giving my order to the Dasher... She proceeded to say "We have no orders in our system at this store" after I told her I'm looking at the order confirmed on my app at the Desert Ridge location.. She then proceeded to say is this (my name) I said yes. THEN she said well the payment didn't go through, which is complete BS because it wouldve said on the app my card declined upfront AND I made a purchase after at Firehouse Subs (yes, no problem at all here).I could hear her giggling with a coworker in the background. Such a joke. Your subs might be great but at least the Subway that was in this location prior actually had kind employees.

Their famous Dutch Crunch bread paired with the Dirty Sauce is a flavorburst combo. (The Dirty Sauce is a garlic aioli with a secret blend of seasonings and spices. Vegan Dirty Sauce is also available). "Every location comes with exclusive sandwich offerings that are eclectically named as a tribute to local celebrities and icons. Ike's Love & Sandwiches features sandwiches for all: meat lovers, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free."My favorite sandwich is the MILF which is: halal chicken, stuffed jalapeno poppers, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch. I love the Dutch Crunch bread, but there are other options: sourdough, french, whole wheat, and gluten free. So lovely to see this store in the Desert Ridge area. Amazing customer service. Quality & super fresh ingredients. Pricey? Yup! worth it. You will absolutely get your moneys worth the large volume of food you will get. They do not skimp on anything. Love the names of the sandwiches, super creative. They have outdoor seating so when it isn't melting temps outside, you can enjoy it. Parking is a premium here but totes worth it. Highly recommend it

The 'Ike' crusty bread is the basis of any great sandwich. We had the Matt Cain, which was recommended by the lady at the register.It was by far the best sandwich I have had in a long time.Staff was beyond courteous in waiting for you to make a selection and offered opinions on their favorite combinations.The establishment was very clean, bright.
