Ikaika Bistro

This food truck is behind Double Bluff Brewery. You can go through the brewery or walk around the building to get to it. Overall the food was decent, but not spectacular. The portion sizes were pretty good but it was a bit overpriced for what it was.The fish and chips were a large portion (3 giant pieces of fish). The fries were flavorful, the coleslaw was bland. The fish had great flavor, a crispy light skin, but it was too greasy to enjoy. The chicken katsu was crispy and juicy. I would recommend this if you're eating here

This is a food truck in the backyard of double bluff brewing co. There were some outdoor tables for double bluff brewing that we could use if we ordered drinks from there and food from ikaika bistro. Food took about 15-20 mins to prep which was adequate time to order some drinks and find a spot outdoor. We were very impressed by the quality and taste. We ordered pan seared mahi mahi which was comparable to any high end restaurant. The noodles and kimchi fried rice were both flavorful (and had vegan options). Spam musubi was well liked by everyone. We came in here due to a long wait at other places around for our large party. At the end we were happy we did as the food was definitely more delicious than the places we tried to get to before.

This is a great little spot serving Double Bluff Brewery in Langley. The Spam Musubi ($4.50) was very memorable and the perfect light lunch to go with a cold beer. It's a food truck, so you order at the window but they conveniently give you a little buzzer so you can wait inside where it's warm. Kids are allowed in the brewery making this an ideal lunch spot.

What a find! This food truck is nestled in the back patio of Double Bluff Brewery and has an extensive menu with lots of delicious options. We ordered the pork katsu, fish & chips, spam musubi, and mixed plate. The pork katsu was likely my favorite, closely followed by the spam musubi and fish & chips, and then the mixed plate (the mixed plate was still tasty, but a tad sodium-forward for my taste!). The food is absolutely worth checking out, but since they prepare everything to order, be prepared to wait for your order (ours took approximately 30 minutes). I'd recommend placing your order and then getting a drink inside to wait it out. In summary, definitely come support this small business!

Update. This place used to be fantastic, but now they just cater tourists and care less about the locals. Very sad. They took away more than half of their menu and no longer have any of the favorites I loved so much. Much smaller space and last time I went service wasn't all that friendly. So completely disappointed now, will never go back.

SO YUMMY!!!! They were a little busy but the day after Christmas but you can't beat it! Delicious paired with a brew or cider from Double Bluff!

Came here on Monday 2/5 when Yelp AND their website said they were open and they were closed. Their menu boards outside the restaurant also said they should be open. It wasn't clear where we should go, thought maybe it was the large building out front but that was dark. Didn't know until after we left we have to walk around the back to find it? Instructions unclear. Frustrating.

Ikaika is now at the Double Bluff Brewery in Langley! We ate there recently and it was amazing! We were with a group and everyone had something different and all were pleased! We're so excited to have the old Useless Bay Coffee Company property back in action! Thank you Ikaika and Double Bluff Brewing!

This is the perfect food truck to work with a brewery. The food was so incredibly tasty and the menu had so many options. We went on a really busy Saturday - it was the first warm and sunny weekend day of the year. We went to order pretty late in the evening and they said it would be about an hour wait but the menu looked so good that I figured I would be okay to wait. Come to find out - the food came out shockingly fast. I swear we only waited 15 minutes and then it was ready. I ordered a spam masubi with a side of mac salad and my fiancé got the teriyaki cheeseburger. All of which was phenomenal. I've told all my friends that they need to try this place next time they are looking to get food out. I will certainly be back soon.

We were excited to find a place with local menu items. It was a little tricky to find thinking that this was a restaurant. It's a food truck that's partnered with a brewery. We ordered the chicken katsu, spam musubi, and loco moco. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. The spam musubi was probably the best out of the 3 items. Portions were okay considering the price. The loco moco patty lacked flavor, was overcooked and dry. There wasn't much gravy and the eggs were well done making it difficult to mix like you would with a Hawaii loco moco. The mac salad was the best part of the plate. The chicken katsu was okay.
