Be prepared to go inside to get your curbside order, despite their user friendly online website you will more than likely be waiting on your "ready" food as it sits in the cubby at the hostess desk. Calling will not make a difference because their phone supposedly does not work.The screenshot is just proof that this is a legit complaint. I waited in the curbside parking lot like 15 min thinking they were still cooking my food before I finally went inside. Then I had to wait until someone came to the hostess desk as I stared at the bag hoping my food wasn't in it. After checking my food I had to wait for someone to come back to the hostess desk to ask for condiments. You would think someone would have at least made sure I was good with my order.

Came in on a Saturday even to find the restaurant empty. Our server Latrice was awesome and of course the food came out fresh and hot . Service was friendly and fast and I think I may go back again when they aren't as busy.

Went around 1pm on 4/28/23. Food is good, service is pretty good( depending on time of day). Place was clean and staff was attentive. Judging by other reviews, it can be hit and miss here, so ymmv.

The food was okay, took a while though. The waitress was nice and quick. The only bad thing is the bathrooms, so don't use them. They floors are dirty, the walls, the sinks are gross, the mirrors are also all spotted so those haven't been cleaned in a while. It smells bad like backed up pipes or rotten eggs. We went around 10am on a Monday, you would think they clean Sunday from all weekend traffic. Guess not.

I felt like I ate out of a dumpster & paid $40 with tip to do so. At least with a dumpster you know what you in for. The women's bathroom was so atrocious I was gagging and I don't gag. My husband said the tea tasted like it was old. The table was half ass wiped down. Spill spots on walls, booths, advertisements and wall decor. Syrup dripping from advertisements. The place needs to be closed for cleaning!

They don't call it I hop for nothing. When I got out of that heavenly restaurant I started projectile vomiting and hopping all over the road. It was amazing. The only reason I took a star off is because my nephew was hopping too and ran into a car on the freeway. 10/10 experience didn't like him anyway. Oh, and I stayed at a hotel nearby where I had explosive diarrhea and the lady cleaning it died because it blew her up. 10/10 service from IHOP they gave me my food and it looked pretty good(picture below)

A group of friends and I went to iHop to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. The first thing our server said was that she would give my friend a lap dance in the back. We were hoping to have a good experience and eat some good pancakes. However, as we were waiting for the food, one of my friends spotted a cockroach. After the servers killed the cockroach, they started cussing. I could smell marihuana all over the restaurant and our server, named Mo by the way, was definitely high off some substance. She also forgot to bring us our drinks and messed up my friends order, then proceeded to get mad at him and touch him. After refusing to pick up my finished plate, our server told me to step outside and fight her. Her nails were also all over the food as she was giving us our plates. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a restaurant and I hope they fix this.
