This place is soooo goodddd!!! i'm so glad i came here. The service is a little slow but the lady is so nice! definitely coming back!

Surprisingly good! Dont let the outside fool you!Their katsu was tender and crispy. The sauce it comes with is moist and has great consistency when it pours over the katsu. Super recommend!

Great sushi and service. The restaurant is really run down but we'll worth the checking out for some awesome food.

We wanted to try this place because we had recently had amazing Japanese food in B.C. and was craving good teriyaki. Service was great. Food nope. We ordered pork fried rice, chicken and beef teriyaki, Mongolian beef, and tempura. We couldn't eat it. Didn't take anything home. All was salty and no flavor- they said no MSG but I'm not sure about that. We spent $107 including a 20% tip because it's locally owned. I'm not sure why it has received so many good reviews.

Really good sushi, very fresh tasting. The salmon is top tier, as well as the tuna. Service is kinda slow but it was okay, gave me more time to eat lol. I would come back here

I'm so sad this place was empty when I arrived. The rolls we got were all tasty, and even though it was late in the day, the rice still tasted fresh and perfect. The little old couple running the place were so nice and sweet. Be warned, the outside is not well lit, so I almost thought the GPS took us to the wrong place

Called to confirm if we could be seated at 9pm because they close at 9:30pm and they confirmed we would be able to be seated. Upon arrival we find the restaurant closed and called back and they told us they close at 9pm and I asked why they told us we could be seated then but then the person hung up on us.UnprofessionalThe place looks pretty run down too, but probably good for a quick sushi fix. Food was very good, portions were nice sized. Got more than we expected. We called in an order to pick up - had to find a menu photo from yelp - It would be nice if they posted a menu online! Prices everywhere are up these days so it wasn't a surprise but some old menu photos have outdated prices.

My family's fave teriyaki place in Puyallup! We love to order the bento boxes or take advantage of the lunch sushi specials. I have never left a review before, but after the most satisfying tempura - I thought they earned my positive feedback!
