Pranee's cooking class was the highlight of my year!!! She has such a fun personality and our whole team really enjoyed our cooking class. It was a lot more affordable than other competitors and it also had more courses of food. We were all stuffed by the 6th course. My coworkers had been to other cooking classes at blue ribbon, and they said pranee's class felt more personal and enjoyable!! She even printed us all recipes to take home. Would recommend pranee in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a fun team building event!!

As someone who's always loved to eat Thai food, but never known how to cook it, I had high hopes for Pranee's Thai Made Easy class -- and it exceeded all expectations. It requires different ingredients and different techniques than I'm used to cooking with other cuisines, but Pranee made it all very accessible with a fun, hands-on approach. We learned how to cook several dishes that we ate throughout the class all of which I would have gladly paid money for at a good Thai restaurant. The Pad Thai was great, but my favorite was the Beef Mint Salad and the Tom Kha Gai. I highly recommend I Love Thai Cooking classes to anyone who enjoys eating Thai food or just wants to try something new. It'd also be great for a small group team building or get together.

Ever leave a Thai restaurant wishing you knew how to prepare those dishes at home? Remember this company: I Love Thai Cooking. Pranee Khruasanit Halvorsen - Pranee - is gifted with her culinary abilities in Thai cuisine. This information is crucial in understanding why she's receiving five stars.Pranee teaches you everything you need to know about preparing traditional Thai dishes. She'll take you to the Asian markets and recommend grocery staples. She'll teach you how to properly prepare and cook Thai dishes. She'll make so much good food that you'll curse yourself for not wearing looser clothing. Her recipe for grilled eggplants with grilled brown button mushrooms with Thai basil leaf and coconut cream is, in a word, delicious. The ingredients are surprisingly simple but their culmination is a wondrous transformation. A delicate mixture of cool and heat, you feel the curry in the back of your throat long enough to appreciate the coconut cream.People repeatedly asked for additional helpings and lined up for leftovers.Pranee will send you home with recipes. Recipes! Like her aunt's recipe for Phuket red curry paste. I'll never return to ready-made curry pastes again.

Our family/friend group of 5 were thrilled with our private party cooking class with Pranee! She is a wealth of knowledge and shared background stories about her childhood in Thailand, information about product origins, local availability, and substitution options. The cooking, and tasting/fine-tuning flavors, was very hands-on which is the best way to learn, as it makes reproducing the results much easier. (We have already made phad thai at home.) Pranee was very conscientious about hygiene, safety, comfort, and good humor, with frequent hand washing, good ventilation, accommodation for a gluten sensitivity, and lots of laughs. She also provided printed and detailed recipes for us to take home.It was four hours of fun and deliciousness, spent in her delightful space. I would highly recommend it! Thank you, Pranee!

Fantastic class. My girlfriend and I had a great time. 3-4 hours for $125?! We signed up for the 2nd class the coming weekend. Social distanced. Masks on all the time. Very sanitary and tons of food! Would 100% recommend!

I had been hesitant to attempt Thai cooking, but Pranee's class gave me all the confidence I needed. The class was a great value - we learned how to cook 5 dishes and had a beautiful meal. Pranee was a wonderful teacher; there were many techniques she shared that you won't likely find in recipes. Pranee's space is warm and welcoming. It felt like you were in a friend's home. The food was better than what I'd eaten in restaurants. And best of all, when I tried to recreate the dishes at home, they were just as good! Take a class with Pranee, you won't regret it.

Four of us took her class on the weekend and it was great. One of those things where its really hard to find any suggestions on how to make it better. Its almost a full day and more of a journey than just a class. We met to go Thai grocery shopping at 930 AM for almost 2 hours which I initially thought was going to be a long time but seemed very quick and we learned so much and realized we still have a long way to go. The shopping really helps sets the stage for food prep and cooking. We moved to her kitchen studio and spent 3-4 hours cooking and eating 5 courses which were all amazing. She talked a lot about tips, techniques and lot more than following her recipes. We met some great people as well, overall a really great experience and we'd highly recommend.

I just finished my second class with Pranee, and I'm already looking forward to taking another one!She is such a great teacher, and gives many tips for cooking Thai food that you wouldn't get just from reading a recipe. Thai is one of my favorite foods, and trying to cook it myself before Pranee's class was a disaster--but now I cook Thai regularly and it's delicious and easy!

I love Pranee's Thai cooking! This was such a helpful hands on and personal cooking class. We learned a ton and were eating better Thai food than the restaurant. Her recipes are practical and should be easy to do at home. Also Pranee is very friendly and we enjoyed chatting. This is the class to take!
