I-57 Rib House

This location next to black cat lounge is terrible. I called , placed my order, traveled from downtown Chicago to this location 115th off I57 and the female that took my oder FORGOT to put my order in. She comes to the front and tells me she for and is laughing like it's funny and told me to go to tge other location. If I wanted to go to the other location I would have called them first. Then she laughs again and tells me it will take another hour. And she is still laughing like it's a joke.This is why people want to do harm to smart talking unprofessional b-×ches.A loyal customer that will NOT return.Managers- DO BETTER!!!.

Use to be my favorite bbq place but it's gone downhill over the years. This bbq spot is a hit or miss majority of the time with staff and food. If the place is busy (mostly weekends and fridays) you'll know as STAFF DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, if they do you are greeted with a bad demeanor and cannot place orders over the phone due to rush sales or peak hours. On a relaxed day it's the opposite. I typically order the rib tips but sometimes you get what I call "scrapped meat". It's basically shredded pieces of really tough meat and bones. I've had more plates of scraps rather than actual rib tips. The bbq sauce is tasty whether it's hot or mild but there's a charge for extra sauce if you prefer a more saucy plate. I believe all orders come with bread.

Legal Trash. Ordered a small tip& link. Extra sauce. ten minutes later. I got a greasy link and tip the link was made last week and served today it was cold and Krispy the small link was four chunks of ends. What use to be Aint anymore. They are TRASH. I WANT MY STAR BACKKN

Bad bad bad never use to be this bad rib tips was not done under cooked pieces of ribs and lose meat like somebody else was eating off the plate before they gave it to me never again will I be visiting this business you've taken my last dollar

Stopped by I-57 off 116th and I ordered the lunch wing special it was delicious. I didn't have to wait to long and my food was hot, well seasoned and they weren't stingy with the barbecue sauce. And the barbecue sauce wasn't watered down like some of these Harold chicken places be doing. Keep up the good work I-57.

Just ordered an hour and a half ago and got 3 turkey tips and link combos. I got shredded turkey and some watery bbq sauce. I ate the fries and that's about it.. Each time I go home to visit, they are getting worse and worse. Today was my last time eating here. Now I see why my family and friends stopped coming here. Please don't waste your time.

This was always my go to for Turkey Tips but today was the Last Straw!!! I literally received shredded turkey w/ watery sauce. I called back to speak to the manager and she was not helpful Nor accommodating. I understand they get busy but at some point someone should say Let's not serve this.

I ordered Ribs from this place thru Uber eats and was told thru the app I was out of range for delivery. The order was $37.00 so I cancelled immediately but was told it was too late and was charged to my credit card $26.00. My friends and co workers agree with me this is absurd and now refuse to support this app or business. A call to Uber eats met with no resolution.

If I could give them negative 5 I would old dry ribs wouldn't feed my dog this food and no where in the establishment is no refunds sign posted but on the receipt now you know if a business puts this on a receipt they know they handing out BS last and final time giving them a chance DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS Ridiculous mess!!! I've never heard any chopping or seen any smoke coming out of this place it smells like straight up lighter fluid !! Only thing fresh and hot in there is that big pot of barbecue sauce on the stove!! How about yall Stop serving old dried out food and maybe no one would want a refund !! Only people who would eat this food would have to chew old tires for fun

Ordered 3 lunch specials chicken was good but all of the scraps of ribs that were over seasoned the ribs looked like they were feeding dogs! Never again with my thirty plus dollars!!!! Too bad I couldn't leave zero stars because I would!!!!!!!
