Hyson Boba Tea & Cafe

More accurately I'd do 3.5 but yelp doesn't allow half's and they just soft opened yesterday so will round up. Overall the place is nice, there's a cute green wall. The server was very nice and even offered samples of the toppings. The original milk tea is good, I'd say the boba is a bit hard but alright. Both of the fruit teas were fine, we all got 75% sweetness and should've gone for 100%. Our server did warn us the drinks aren't too sweet so should've listened. I'd probs go again but wouldn't go out of my way, I want to try the red velvet drink or lemongrass next time.Original milk tea with boba - 7/10 (boba 4/10, drink 8/10)Dragon fruit with agar - 6.5/10Strawberry with peach - 7/10

Stopped by this charming boba shop and had a delightful experience! I tried the Jasmine Classic Milk Tea, which was wonderfully refreshing with a pleasant, mild bitterness that enhanced the rich tea flavor. My boyfriend opted for the Red Velvet Milk Tea, and it was exactly as you'd hope--creamy, smooth, and decadently flavorful. Both drinks were well-crafted, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend for a tasty treat!

I love this new spot! The staff are lovely and the drinks are really good, my first visit I tried the ube milk tea and just got the salted coffee. so good! such a lovely perk to have this place in the neighborhood.

Easily found street parking. The place was empty. I got the jasmine tea creama. It was EXTREMELY WATERED DOWN. Tasted like nothing. The creama was good though, very thick. Would not recommend for $7, not even for $2.

Love this place! Definitely recommend it! Love the aesthetic and the owners are super friendly! Clean place, good price and the drink is 100%!!!I got the Himalayan coffee. It's a Vietnamese drip coffee with Himalayan salted cream on top. I'm a Vietnamese and I can say this is the best authentic Vietnamese drip coffee I have ever had! Even better than most Vietnamese restaurant. It's rich, flavorful and strong!

MUST CHECK OUT!! Delicious drinks, fast & friendly service, the space is clean & aesthetic. I got the jasmine milk tea brûlée w/ egg pudding topping & my little cousin got the taro milk tea w/ taro ball topping. Both drinks were 1000/10, so so yummy! I would definitely come back here again :)

I absolutely love their tiramisu, Boba tea. My family drives from Renton Washington to get their Boba tea. Absolutely delicious.
