Grade: Bchilled tennessee melon, lime, cucumber, shiso. This dish was simple and refreshing. Grade: Bkentuckyaki glazed pig ears, lettuce wraps, blue plate mayo, peanuts. Great concept using pigs ears that were sliced and tender. Accents of Asian flavors. Grade B+bear creek beef*, thanos eggplant, sungold tomato, smoked bleu. One of the highlights of the meal. The beef was cooked to perfection. The eggplant with hummus was amazingly prepared - crispy on the outside and tender moist on the inside. The highlight of this dish was the smoked bleu cheese sauce! Grade: AButtermilk cheddar biscuits. Home cocking to its finest. Serves with butter and rock salt. Grade Ba plate of southern vegetables. This was another highlight of the meal. A preparation of five different dishes created with veggies from local farms. Each dish was prepared by the different parts of the kitchen. Top mentions were the broken rice made into a grits-like texture and served with a light broth and topped with a pimento (?) sauce. Delightful! Another highlight was a medley of beans, strawberries, & pickled red onions. Grade: A-We had two desserts: Blondie Brownie with ice cream. Serves with a burned mascarpone.
