Humitsu Teriyaki

We tried a variety of dishes. The chicken teriyaki was ok. The chicken katsu was not very good: no flavor, thin, overcooked. The beef teriyaki was amazing. The beef and broccoli was just a few pieces of beef with a ton of cabbage and celery, some carrot, and a few tiny pieces of broccoli. I'm not sure what that's all about, but I wouldn't recommend it. The gyoza were pretty tasty, but they were really greasy. The salad was pretty laughable...just chunks of watery iceberg lettuce and the dressing tasted exactly like watered down miracle whip. Overall it was a three star meal, but seriously 5 stars on the beef teriyaki alone. I'll come back again for just for that.

Super affordable with great service! Usually when I get shrimp teriyaki other places they only give me 6 but this place loaded them up. We also had the chicken teriyaki which was satisfying ( have had better other places though) and their side salads are large with yummy dressing!

Always a good place in the Ridge for good teriyaki. We usually call in our order for pickup and it is ready when we arrive.

Combo 3- spicy chicken teriyaki + general tso at 7.99$. it has been a while I came back to this place! Taste 5/5. Quantity for price 6/5 :D ! Excellent fast food teriyaki place in the valley! Thanks for serving during pandemic time and proud to support local eatery! Thanks again for making mandatory precautions and safety measures in premises.

It's amazing that their chicken Katsu is sooooo tasty! Most teriyaki place can't make good chicken katsu, but for this restaurant, I'll rate it 5 stars! It probably be the best chicken katsu I've tried. Awesome!

Destination Teriyaki right here. Entering i noted it's modest location but attractive lighting. The environment is safe and attractive.More important than the location, well located too, was the dish. I ordered a spicy teriyaki dish, and while I was the only person in the location, I still received it delivered to my table more promptly than anticipated. Delighted by the attractive presentation and placement, I opted to dive in. It is hands down the best teriyaki I have had outside of Toshi's in north seattle.

I just picked up take out lunch for two. For $30 it was a total rip off. I ordered one teriyaki chicken and one white meat chicken teriyaki. They were both overcooked and tough as shoe leather. Even the dark meat was dry which is really hard to dry out. As for service, 2 people came in after me but were served at least 10 minutes before my order was ready.

Customer service great... But, chicken was flavorless. I can't eat the sauce, allergies, so I am used to chicken that has flavor, without sauce. Hubby's spicy chicken teriyaki was too saucy- like hot sauce just dumped on it then warmed up; he also had shrimp. It was okay... Not great. Meh, pick somewhere else if you're in the area. Find better terakyi in Seattle or the South End.

We always get great service and amazing food at Himitsu! Staff are always friendly and helpful. We haven't tried a ton of food options because we tend to stick to what we've always had. The chicken teriyaki is always full of flavor and the portions are really good, I usually end up with some to take home for later.

Fast service and consistently great menu items. I can always count on our food being freshly packaged for to go orders. Love the katsu!
