This pizza restaurant doesn't need to be humble from the unique ambiance to the great customer service and then having some fantastic pizza. Don't walk; run to the Inerlock to taste a piece of this humble pie. A tremendous smile from the host greeted us, and our waitress served us with care. You can't help but notice how much detail they put into the design, from the massive bar to the Bali vibes with the greenery and lighting hanging from the ceiling. We started with the crab hushpuppies, which was great. Then we had to decide on a pizza we could share, and the choices were tough with all the different exciting options. We decided to go with the BBQ chicken Pizza, which was a good choice. Just a word of advice: if you choose to get jalapeños, be ready for some heat. I am not usually one for spicy food, but the pizza was so good that I was willing to beat the heat with water after every bite because nothing would stop me from enjoying this pie. The pie was big enough to feed two to three people, and the crust was thin but perfectly crisp.

I've been several times and I must say this recent service experience lacked quality service. We had like 3 servers and once the food arrived nobody checked on us. I had to ask for another drink and our check. Pizza: the carnivore 10/10! The Philly: 8/10 (my friends loved it!) The appetizers: wings and crab hushpuppies: 10/10Chicken BLT: 8/10My friend had the spicy chicken sandwich and lovedOverall, it's a beautiful place to grab a good pizza. The ambiance is relaxed with good outdoor seating!

We had high expectations for the Humble Pie, based on excellent online reviews. Ultimately, the Humble pie underdelivered. Here are the details:Ambiance & Service: AThe open, airy, and welcoming décor was a real plus. Service was courteous and attentive.Appetizer - Jumbo House Wings: C-Totally pedestrian... truly nothing special. You can find better wings at Wing Stop.Appetizer - Not So Humble Fries: B+I'm partial to thick, bulgy fries, yet these were quite thin. But they were good... flavorful and crunchy.Entrees - Steak and Eggs: D+We ordered the steak medium rare, yet it arrived well done. Very little flavor to this dish... You can eat better steak and eggs at IHOP.Entrées - 2 Pizzas: BWe ordered both the Short Rib Philly and the Carnivore. Both were decent to good, but a far cry from special. Mocktail - Mojito: C+It was basically lemonade... I also was disappointed with the menu. We arrived at 11:45am and expected to order from their single "All-Day" menu. Yet because it was before 12pm, we were forced to order from their brunch menu. Excuse me? Why is it called "All-Day" menu if it's not really all-day? And it was only 10 to 15 minutes before noon and exceptions can't be made? Before tipping, we paid $130.68 for our meal (3 people, water, one mocktail, 2 appetizers, 3 entrees, no dessert, no alcohol).Ultimately, we expected at 5-star experience and were given a 3-star meal at best. We will not be returning.

We recently tried Humble Pie for the first time for a birthday meal. Located in West Midtown near some other favorites, it took some convincing to get in the door. I'm glad that we took the plunge. The menu has a variety of items (not just limited to Pizza). Several of the appetizers were standouts to us - loved the crispy okra and the crab hush puppies. The pizzas on offer were pretty unique - the shrimp scampi pizza has an amazing flavor profile. Drink selection was alright, with a couple of wines and beers to choose from. Our first bottle of wine was corked, but they quickly brought another.Location and ambience was good, it's in a trendy location and probably an ideal place to start a night out.

I finally made it to Humble Pie! I've been wanting to go here for a while, and I've seen other people post about it. They are also located in one of my favorite areas of Atlanta. The West Midtown area right by The Interlock. The restaurant offers seating both inside and outside. They have both an upstairs and downstairs. They also have a nice bar, and you can see into the kitchen where all of your food is being cooked. We went on a Saturday night and were able to be seated with no problem. It's a pretty chill atmosphere and their music playlist was pretty dope. The restaurant has kind of like a low lighting vibe a little bit which I liked. I ordered one drink, which was the ATL skyline. It was pretty good, but taste like something I had had before and was a little too sweet for me.Now onto the important part, the food. We ordered some appetizers and sides, along with a pizza we got the fried green tomatoes, and the not so humble fries. I enjoyed the arugula salad that came with the fried green tomatoes. There was fresh shaved Parmesan on it as well as some type of jam that was at the bottom and it was very delicious. They complemented everything very well. The batter on the green tomatoes weren't too heavy and had a nice crisp to it. I love fries so the fries were delicious although they were skinny the Parmesan and truffle oil on it were just right and we ate them all lol.For our pizza, we got the carnivore pizza. That comes with bacon, braised short rib, and pepperoni. The pizza was very delicious and we had some leftover but by the time we had walked and talked a little bit we ended up finishing it before we even got home.My friend ordered the appetizers as her meal and she got the crab hush puppies and crispy shaved okra. She said both of them were very good and thoroughly enjoyed them. After we ate there, she actually said she wanted to go back because they were so good. Our waiter was very helpful, and I will say the service was great because everything was really fast. Our food came out so quick, and it was nice and hot. We will definitely be back!

Walking in, this place was very pretty, well kept, and our host greeted us as soon as we walked in. The service was good too! Very attentive to us. We ordered the smashed fingerlings first which were so bomb... I could eat them for days and then we ordered the margarita pizza which was also so good! I can't wait to go back since that was my first time eating at a humble pie.

We went to Humble Pie during a staycation in midtown. The decor is cute and the waiters are dressed in trendy aprons. We heard that the pizzas were unique and good, but honestly, I wasn't in love. We started by sharing a butternut squash soup which was good but not as good as others I've had. The burrata and crab balls were tasty. For the pizza, we shared the short Rib Philly pizza, which I read was good from other reviews. In my opinion, there was just too much going on and the flavors didn't hit right. Our waiter recommended The Nikki (the mushroom pizza) which I regretted not trying. For dessert, we shared the peanut butter pie which sounded questionable to me, but the waiter recommended. It was good! The peanut butter flavor was mild and not overpowering. (As an update, I went a second time and again the pizza was just ok to me for the price. People love it though.) My four star rating is based on the vibe and service more than the food and price point.

We had a reservation for 3 and sat immediately!Humble Pie is the second restaurant of Michelin Star chef-owners Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips of Lazy Betty. Today we ordered 3 pies for around 20-26 dollars each and 2 appetizers and one side. Our server was phenomenal and greeted us right as we sat at our table upstairs. She proceeded to tell us there are pies of the month which for June included a barbecue chicken pizza, spinach and artichoke pizza and shrimp scampi pizza as well as, her favorite appetizers and pies. For the table we ordered the crab hush puppies, fried green tomatoes and the side of not so humble fries. All were delicious and came out piping hot within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The pacing was amazing we had time to eat out apps and let it settle as we decided in pies which included 2 Carnivore pizzas one without bacon and one pie of the month; spinach and artichoke. No cocktails this time around but the bar looked very cute and had a great selection. The atmosphere is a 10/10! Howell mill is always bustling with young adults, families, and couples so I expected nothing less. It being busy did not impede on the quality of the food and service either. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated and designed with an open bar and open kitchen so if you sit inside choose the downstairs area for a nice view of the production of your meal. I recommend this place ten times over and can't wait to return.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review about Humble Pie, a place that has long been one of our favorite dining spots. On May 11, 2024, my mother took my son out to dinner there, and the experience was nothing short of disheartening. My mother, who wears a hijab, felt uncomfortably singled out by the staff. She recounted how her waitress, Shaniqua T., along with other staff members, stared at her and, at one point, gathered together, talking among themselves while looking at her. This behavior made her feel extremely unwelcome and disrespected. It's incredibly sad to see a place that once felt like a welcoming haven turn into an environment where my family no longer feels comfortable. The sense of inclusivity and warmth that we once cherished at Humble Pie has been tarnished by this incident. We have always loved the food and atmosphere at Humble Pie, but the lack of respect and the insensitivity displayed by the staff on this occasion has left a lasting negative impression. It's deeply disappointing to have to reconsider our support for a place we once held in such high regard.I hope that Humble Pie takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all its patrons. Until then, we will be seeking other establishments where we feel valued and welcomed.

Flavorful pizzas, decent drinks, and good service, I can't complain! The ambiance is nice as well, but it can get pricey. Below is a list of everything I tried:5/5 -- Short Rib Philly Pizza: pickled cherry peppers, mushroom, provolone, caramelized onions, and short rib of course. This is definitely their best pizza! You can also get it without the meat, super delicious either way, it's so flavorful, the sauce and crust are hidden behind the other flavors, but still solid.4.5/5 -- The Nicki Pizza: fresh mozzarella "siano fior di latte", wild mushrooms, truffle butter dip, and arugula. Probably my second favorite pizza here, but definitely a must try for mushroom and truffle lovers like myself! It has solid flavors and an oil base, which was surprisingly good (even for a sauce lover such as myself).4/5 -- Apple Bourbon Cobbler: a little more bread than the sizzling apple center part (which I enjoyed the most), but the ice cream on top definitely makes it a dessert worth trying if you have a sweet tooth.4/5 -- Corn Coconut Chowder: jalapeño, potato, herbs, fried shallots, and corn. A very light and mild flavored dish that is a wonderful starter, especially if you like corn type soups.5/5 -- Matcha Librè: Teramana reposado, fresh pineapple matcha, and jalapeño simple syrup. Thankfully this drink was not that sweet and had a nice kick of spice. I was a big fan, you can easily drink several of these!3/5 -- Purple Palace: Conniption Gin, lime juice butterfly pea tea, and prosecco. It has a noticeable sweet aftertaste, not that great, I would skip this drink.Food: 4.5/5Drinks: 4/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 4/5Value: 3/5Overall: 4/5
