Hugh-Baby’s

I ate here for a month straight when I moved to Nashville. I'll let that speak for itself.My usual: Double cheeseburger (no tomato + extra lettuce) with fries and a vanilla milkshake.

I love Hugh baby's so much! Their veggie burger burger cures my burger fix & it's not even meat (: The service is always quick with a friendly bright atmosphere. I eat hugh baby's at least once a week! Don't forget the extra lettuce and comeback sauce on the side.

The pulled pork bbq sandwich was amazing. The bologna sandwich was so good! Fresh cut fried are also off the charts! Prices are reasonable. Fresh squeezed lemonade and thru milk shakes were so tasty!

I've been several times over the years and Hugh-Baby's continues to deliver a great burger, fries and shake.Still holding the 5 star rating!

A reliable place for an affordable burger fix! Have had the cheeseburger and fried chicken burger, both hit the spot. Only drawback is their fries are cut thinly and a bit over-fried.

VERY JUICY BURGER! If you sit at the counter, you will be able to watch them cook the patties. It was kind of fun to dine here. We ordered cheese burgers and it hit the spot. Chili cheese fries were pretty good too. Service was good and the table was clean.

My first time eating here. Cheeseburger, fries and a fried chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger is an old fashioned style with great flavors, thin toasted buns with a really good special sauce. The fries are old school rough cut with good seasoning. The fried chicken sandwich is fresh... out of the fryer, let it cool a bit same great bun and sauce. I'm adding this to my favorite Nashville lunch spots and I'll be back soon.

I just got off a plane when I read a text from my husband. He wanted me to stop at a car dealership on my way home and test drive a car he saw online. Ever the sweet wife, I took a detour and headed to the dealership. As I finished the drive, I asked my salesman where I could get a quick burger that wasn't a fast food place. This dude looked like he has had a few burgers in his lifetime so when he said go to Hugh-Babies, I listened. Hugh-babies is what is fast-casual. Not a fast food place but somewhere where you get your food fast. And fast it was - I had my burger, fries and milkshake in about 5 minutes. I still had a 100 mile drive home and wanted to get in the road so I got my order to go and ate in the car. I opted for something not too messy and ordered the cheeseburger. The large, juicy patty's came topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and comeback sauce. Not sure what was in the comeback sauce but I'll definitely come back for it. My shoestring fries were burn your tongue hot and just the right amount of crispy. The chocolate shake? Let's just say I should have ordered the large. In addition to burgers, the menu also offered a selection of bbq sandwiches and hot dogs. There was plenty of seating both at tables and at a counter overlooking the grill. Likewise, there was plenty of parking out front. I'm glad I listened to my salesman. And no, I didn't buy the car...if you have a Lincoln MKZ Reserve for sale, let me know!

Oh my gosh!! My husband and I just devoured our bbq burgers and fries!! We also somehow hit the jackpot and my husband got to try the famous slug burger. The angel that took our order deserves a raise for making this happen. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but A++++ all around! The burgers are perfect...the bread is soft and the bbq sauce was just the right amount. I am devastated that we live 7 hours away lol. I would be here 3 times a week if we lived closer. Thanks for a great lunch on our drive back!

Had a great Expeience and food was fresh. I've returned a few times for the black bean burger and fries.
