Hudson Grille- Tucker

The food was delicious, served hot, and in generous portions. However, I would have preferred a bit more sauce, as the dish leaned more towards a rice-based option. I would describe it as closer to a complete Jambalaya.

After a good round of golf today, we stopped and had lunch here. Had the chicken parmesan sliders, fried pickles, and a Philly cheese steak.

This was a take out order and I had the lemon pepper wings and my friend had the loaded Buffalo chicken fries. Everything was made to order hot and tasty plus delicious!!! Sorry it was late night and I was super hungry so I forgot to take a pic

I stopped going to Hudson Grille two years ago because of a rude manager. I just started going back this past summer and my favorite menu item was Gringo Tacos. FOUR times out of maybe ten times the cooks have forgotten the pico de gallo. I was given a refund once, free tacos and one time I just let it go. TODAY, they left the pico de gallo off again. I called just to let the manager know that their training is not working as the picture depicts. Chris proceeded to tell me that I call all the time and complain. I told him that I was not calling to get free food only to make sure his cooks was more efficient yet he told me his cooks were consistent. The results of my tacos and their inconsistency speaks for itself. He was rude to me insinuating that I was lying and constantly complaining.

Kia waited on us and made sure that we were well taken care of. She made great suggestions for drink specials, going so far as to customized my drink with a ginger honey syrup ...DELICIOUS!! Our wings weren't what we ordered, but she made sure to communicate with the kitchen to resolve the issue. I hope the manager knows what a gem he has with Kia as a server, she's a keeper!!!

Briefly, food was pretty good. Everyone stated they enjoyed their entrees and would get it again. The au jus for my short rib was good, but I would've liked more or maybe an actual gravy. I was surprised that it wasn't seasoned but the au jus helped. Service was good although our server didn't know where the soft drinks were listed on the menu, I attribute that to him being new. Ambiance wise the restaurant was casual like a sports bar with multiple TVs, sports memorabilia, wooden floors and a lot of A/C. Granted, it's Georgia so I'd prefer it cool than hot but there were a few in our party who needed sweaters to be comfortable. One of the vents was facing our table. Private parking lot made it easy to be in and out. I'd return.

I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The ribs were so tender and broccoli was cooked perfectly. My date had the shrimp and steak. The shrimp was flavorful and not overcooked. The steak was also pretty tender. We had the chips and queso as an appetizer and it was a very large portion. The service was also very good. I recommend this casual eatery if you're in the area.

Let me start off by saying I brought a few family members here and chose the Hudson Grille because everybody's picky and I knew it would have a lot of different options for everyone.I think this is definitely the family location. The last Hudson Grill I went to was a lot more lively and had a younger ish crowd but, it could've also been the time of day it was brunch btw. Anyway, this location is a good size with lots of booths your typical chain looking restaurant. They were also playing hits from the 80's and it was especially loud outside which didn't make sense lol.The waitress was really cool and honest about some of the dishes we wanted to order which we really appreciated. One thing I didn't like was they were out of a lot of drinks we tried to order like three different things and they were out of all of them so we just ended drinking screwdrivers.I had to say the best thing that we ordered was the spinach dip it was a good size and very tasty. My niece who's not eating meat at the moment got the child size mac & cheese, and side of mashed potatoes. Bland, nothing to write home about. My nephew got the nachos. They were good. I got the mac & cheese bowl with buffalo chicken. It came with fried onion rings, the topping is what gave it flavor I thought it was decent. The mac & cheese was bland. My brother got the burger and he said it was made fresh and very good.

Ambience a lil dead however, Kia the mgr brings a heap of energy when she's around. The service & the food has been so good I went 2 days in a row for the Cauliflower wings...always hot & fresh! My drinks are bomb! Let Kia make you a non alcoholic spirit they are Overall 10/10 Stop in you wont be mad. plenty of FREE parking. Bar & seating aval.

Good food. Good wings. Highly recommend. Service is also good. Wings crispy and fresh
