My sister used to order from here regularly when she worked in the area so I've eaten here often. It has become one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Boston. The customer service is great, as well. When you ask for spicy, they really know how to deliver. I love the salmon basil sauce (don't forget to order your white rice). Their spring rolls and noodles are really yummy too!

I recently visited House of Siam for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The entrance involves a few steps, but once inside, the ambiance is cozy, offering seating on both the main and loft levels. To kick off my meal, I ordered the golden bags and crab rangoon, both of which arrived promptly and were accompanied by delicious dipping sauces. The flavors were satisfying and appeared to have a slight taste of curry. The basil fried rice surpassed my expectations, delivering a perfect blend of heat and spice. The dish was flavorful and piping hot enhancing the overall enjoyment. The staff at House of Siam were friendly and efficient contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to returning to explore more of their enticing menu.

Its neatly settled in South End. I had the pleasure of visiting with a group from work. We had reservations and were promptly seated upstairs. The loft-like set up is relatively airy and absorbs some of the natural light from the door. It's perfect for a group as large as 25 or as small 10. If you prefer more of a street view, opt for downstairs seating. The service was prompt and the food was fresh. Appetizers were brought right on time and there is an array of menu items. My party was pleased with everything from the duck to seafood entrees. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is modest with a hint of charm.

I have been going to this place for years. The last few times I have been disappointed. The rice was very sweet this time. I had two bites, packed it up , left and gave it the food away.

Had a delicious meal at House of Siam the other night! The food is incredible and has one of the more authentic Thai menus in Boston. I had the Vegetables with Tofu which had a delicious sauce; the Tofu was also cooked perfectly and it came with. a great assortment of vegetables. The staff was super attentive and service was really great. While the interior of the restaurant is super cute and has potential, the ambiance was a little awkward when I went as there was only 1 other table seated when we went at prime dinner time on a Friday.

My personal Thai restaurant default is pad thai. Yes, I'm just like many another diner.House of Siam is located in Boston's South End, on Columbus Ave. So when I tried looking for parking, there wasn't any. At least along side the sidewalks. But a car was parked on the center cobblestone. So while I wasn't about to be first, I was willing to risk parking next to the other car on a Sunday evening for a quick pop in for my take-out order.Their version of the ubiquitous noodle dish, Pad Thai (The most famous Thai noodle dish, rice noodles pan-fried with eggs, chicken, shrimp, scallions, beans sprouts and ground peanuts) $12.95 was pink. Very pink. So pink, it made me a bit nervous to try it. But fortunately, it tasted fine. It also came with three good sized meaty shrimp, although the slices of white meat chicken were on the dry side. Makes me wonder just how many shrimp come in their shrimp Pad Thai though, for the extra $2.Maybe I'll try their Pad CU or Pad Woon Sen next time.2021 visit ***I ordered their Thai Fried Rice (Stir-fried chicken, shrimp, broccoli, onions and tomatoes) and Pad Woon Sen (Pan-fried glass noodles with egg, chicken, shrimp, snow peas, green and red peppers, tomatoes, celery, bean sprouts and scallions) ($12.95 each) and a Thai Ice Tea $3.50 to go for dinner.I appreciated that they labeled the two plastic food containers and stuck a piece of tape over the x where you insert the straw. Everything made the trip well! While both dishes contained the same three tender shrimp and dry slices of white meat chicken as my previous Pad Thai experience, the vermicelli dish did lots better on the veggie score, while the rice looked pretty barren in the first look since onions tend to blend in, and the tomato may not have made it in, unless it had melted into the dish?Flavors were good though! And I fully enjoyed their Thai Ice tea.Maybe I'll try their Eggplant Delight (ground chicken may fare better), Tofu Delight, and Vegetable Fried Rice sometime. The Thai Ice Tea and Pad Woon Sen bear repeating.2022 visit

Solid Thai spot with the classics. I tried the drunken noodles with tofu, medium spicy, and also tried my friend's drunken noodles with beef, spicy level. I didn't think I had great spice tolerance, but it was really not too different, so if you're someone who likes spice, just go for the Thai spice level :) I did think that the flavor was pretty good and was fine with my level of spice, though!I wish there were more kinds of vegetables (bamboo, broccoli), but I appreciated the size and quantity of noodles. The tofu had a good taste and texture, but the pieces were a bit dry/holey on the inside.I think House of Siam is definitely decent for takeout/noodle cravings, but I wouldn't travel to come here.

Pretty good! I really liked the fried tofu and the tod mun appetizers, as well as the chicken dang dang entree (love a good, spicy yet creamy curry). It's disappointing how you have to pay for rice separately, though, which is always a turn off at Asian restaurants. They have a variety of dishes from more authentic to more Western. Service was alright - it took a while for our dishes to be made. Doesn't seem to be too busy but maybe they get a lot of takeout or delivery orders. Also noticed that our table cloth wasn't super clean but could just be one spot. Overall, food-wise, definitely a solid place to satisfy cravings for Thai food!

My colleagues love this place - so I thought why not try it. In all fairness - I have only had their pad thai and Thai Tea - both delicious. It is nice and cozy inside but I always take my order to go. Service is fast. No complaints there. Thus 5 star.
