I really like their lavash. It's delicious. I also picked up a bag of dried figs on my visit. I will come back often.

I ran in to grab some lavash to try. It smells amazing when you walk in. Something sweet was filling the air in there, and it smelled incredible. I didn't buy any sweets, just the lavash. We had leftover grilled chicken and some various veggies at home, and the plan was to make some wraps with those for dinner. First of all, my experience eating lavash is quite limited. I found some at trader joe's and I didn't love theirs. It was kind of dry and tough. This was the opposite of that. Super thin, super fresh, and almost flaky if that's even possible because it's so thin. It's so versatile too. We used them for dinner, and then the next morning I made an egg wrap with veggies and ham, and a little garlic sauce. So delish. I definitely will be in to get more. Very easy staple to have around that has many applications.

House of Lavash is a culinary and cultural treasure. This little bakery creates the most lovely fluffy lavash. The bread is made with love. My daughter and I met the owner who welcomed us into his store as it it were his home. He shared his story and explained the food sold along with the spotlight; lavash. We sampled a lovely sweet treat as we looked at the crafts that are all made in Armenia. I have eaten lavash all my life and can attest to the quality and flavor of the breads made at House of Lavash. They also sell an amazing coffee and nuts and dried fruits. The ornamental pomegranate display is impressive.

The best lavash bread i have eaten outside of Armenia. Lavash is a thin bread famously made by Armenians. They cook it on the premises and it was tender, aromatic and delicious. A very convenient bread for making rollup sandwiches and eating dips. Usually lavash gives me heartburn. But not this one.

Beautiful addition to my neighborhood. I was impressed to see that inside one of the open doors that fresh lavash bread was being rolled out. The sight brought me in and the sweet bakery smell of fresh cookies had me buying those as well. Lavash was nicely thin and proved to be a set sturdy and tasty wrapper for my sandwich that afternoon. The gata cookies had a lovely taste and texture and I will be back to purchase for of them as well. Such a clean establishment and the packaging of the foods was elegant.Congratulations on the start of your business, House of Lavash!

Best lavash I have tasted here in the Boston area (located in Belmont) since visiting Armenia many years ago. It's light, fresh, tasty, and there is no after taste like all the other lavash I've had. You will love it!

I've been here twice and really love the lavash which is baked on site. My family will eat it with hummus, butter, make a wrap or just rip a piece off as a snack. It's really delicious. I went in recently and they had expanded their products to dry fruit. I tried the figs, peaches and tomatoes. Both the figs and peaches were excellent but I really thought the sun dried tomatoes were exceptional. I also tried a small pastry called gata, a very flaky sweet pastry which would be perfect with a cup of tea. The owner is very nice and welcoming and is very passionate about his Armenian products and heritage. The House of Lavash is a really great addition to Belmont/Cushing Square and I'm really happy to have them in the area.
