Been here twice now and all I can say is this place is awesome! The food on the buffets is super fresh, the greens are really plenty, root vegetables, fish balls, and mushrooms galore. I love the multitudes of soup bases available but my favorite is the hot and sour base. The meats are top quality. Service is outstanding and for a biggest the ambience is pretty good. A little on the bright side for me but honestly they do such a good job cleaning they might as well show it off. I think this is the best Hotpot I've ever been to. I always walk out stuffed. Amazing place.

My partner and I got AYCE hotpot w tomato soup and hot & sour soup -TASTE: 4/5 - savored the sweet tomato base and the balance of spicy & sour in my soup base, the latter providing enough flavor that I didn't need my dipping sauces. Highlights included the meat ball selections and, for meats, the lamb shoulder and beef tongueTEXTURE: 4/5 - the lettuce, watercress, mushrooms, and tofu were my favorite. The ice cream (strawberry, vanilla, and combo swirl) had a texture more like sorbet, which honestly felt lighter and perfect for post-mealPRICE: 4/5 - $35.99pp for AYCE on weekdays is solidSERVING SIZE: 5/5 - AYCE is great, but having the option to select specific items and quantities yourself at the buffet is even better. The personal/individual hotpot allows control of your own food vs. sharing a large hotpot at the center of the table. Left stuffed of course SERVICE: 3/5 - walked in at 5:45pm on a Sunday and only one other party was inside. By the time we left, almost every table was filled. Felt like a long time in between the staff refilling our water and clearing empty plates from our table. Also noticed that a couple plates and bowls among the stacks at the buffet still had some broth residue ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - was surprised by the amount of space inside, as well as the modern interior and decor. This was the first time I've seen multiple robots busily moving about, which almost competed w the amount of children running laps around inside PARKING: 4/5 - got a free 2-hour parking spot down the block on Holmes St

This is a review for the dim sum offerings at Hotpot One. (It is available from opening to 3:00 pm. Then it switches to a hot pot buffet.) I must say I am pleasantly surprised about how good the dim sum are. It is better than Ming's and slightly below Winsor in terms of quality. You order a la carte (list of 58 items) and they will bring the food to you. They also have a picture menu with the top 30 most popular items. I recommend the beef balls, the har gow, siu mai, and the chicken claws with black bean. The beef rice rolls are not good. Service is sufficient and friendly. In terms of the atmosphere, it is quiet enough to have a conversation without yelling across the table. They cover the hotpot burners with a canvas tablecloth so that dining guests can use the tables to eat dim sum. They actually offer a choice of tea like any of the dim sum places. Most tables are individual booths that seat 4-6 people with several private rooms that guests can reserve for celebrations. A handicap accessible bathroom: one for men and one for women are available on the first floor. There is a small parking lot across the restaurant (next to Mochinut/Onezo). I will definitely come again if a dim sum craving hits and I don't want to wait for long lines at Winsor!

I know I said I won't come back here but now they offered dim sum from 10am -3pm, I decided to come to try it since it is same as the Dynasty restaurant in Chinatown. The place was empty and we came at 11am. The door still locked even they opened at 10am, the staff was just seating in front of the door playing on their phones. The staff can do better even the place was empty, some booth seats are still dirty from the day before since they offered hot pot for dinner and the bathroom floor still not clean. The price is a little lower than Ming restaurant, if you want regular dim sum, this can be another choice. Now they only offered hot pot after 4pm...

Amazing selection from the buffet! I wanted to try everything and it was so well stocked. I selected the kimchi soup and it paired well with everything I threw in. The service was quick and checked in frequently. There are little robots that help deliver. I would recommend going with a larger group to tackle more of the all you can eat meat but the buffet alone has enough to keep me happy. The restaurant was clean with a sleek Asian design. I can't want to go back for more and try to try the dim sum

Came here for the first time on Thursday and was able to get a seat quickly. The restaurant was very spacious and looked very clean. We did the ayce hotpot and had a good amount of meat and seafood to choose from that is delivered to you as you ordered. The veggies, fish balls, noodles, fruits, sauce, and various items are set up buffet style for you to get anytime you want. There were sovmany variety, i am unable to list it all. A table has 6 individual hotpot, so even with a group, you can have your own personal one. I got the tomato broth, and it was very flavorful. The meat and seafood were fresh and were pretty good. I especially liked the prime, beef belly, beef tongue, clams, and shrimp. Definitely would come back whenever I am craving a good hotpot meal.

Hotpot One offers all you can eat hotpot, with options to get no meat all you can eat (vegetables, fish balls, noodles, etc) or all you can eat, which includes meats and everything else. There are a couple meats that aren't including in the all you can eat and have an additional fee, ribeye and lamb. Hotpot One was a great experience and is similar to Spring Shabu in Allston/Brighton! In some ways, this place is better than Spring Shabu, such as the all you can eat meats option. The variety offered for vegetables and noodles are not as great as Spring Shabu, but gets the job done. The have a nice sauce bar that has just about all of the condiments most other hotpot places offer. The star of the show, for me, was the clams! They were huge and continued to be consistent in size after ordering 4 rounds of the clams. For the price of the AYCE, I would say that it is super worth it to come here, with family or a big group, or even by yourself. P.S., I would double check the receipt when asking for the bill because they did make a mistake with charging extra additional charges. We had ordered four plates of the lamb and ribeyes but were charged extra for other things. My friends who I came here with have eaten here multiple times previously and said they experience the extra charges every time, so I would suggest double checking the bill before paying! Otherwise, I totally recommend coming here for the AYCE! Super similar to that of Spring Shabu but is convenient to have in the Quincy area.

A new AYCE hotpot in North Quincy. It's clean and spacious and $23 weekdays and $25 weekend per person. Price includes broth and everything at the bar (mainly veggies, noodles, seafood/beef balls). Extra cost if you want to add meats and seafood. Our server was very nice and they even have cute robots to deliver your broth and meats. I ordered the spicy soup broth and it was spicy so just be cautious on the spice level. We ordered ribeye and beef belly but we preferred beef belly over ribeye. We left smelling like hotpot but we were very full and happy! Will definitely go back again.

This is officially my new favorite hotpot place in the Quincy area. The value can't be beat! I like that each person gets their own individual pot so that everyone gets their choice of broth. This place is AYCE but you have the option if either doing AYCE with meat as a là carte or paying more and having meat included. We decided to do meat a la carte and was able to save a bit of money per person since we found one plate of meat to be enough for each person. Their prices are cheaper during the weekdays as well. The veggies, fish balls, and noodles are all out on display buffet so you can really customize it to yourself. I was happy overall with the variety and the quality of the items out. Solid hotpot spot - cant wait to come back!

If give a better rating if not fir tonights experience the Manager/Owner's rude & entitled behavior over tipping is a hard pass. He demanded a bigger tip, claiming our previous 15% was insufficient. For a self-service hotpot place with robot food delivery, expecting lavish tips is outrageous.Server was inattentive, only taking the initial order and occasionally refilling broth. The manager/owner's tipping greed & disrespect will leave a bad taste in your mouth. After tonight, my business (and tips) will go to one of the many other deserving establishments in the area. Don't reward entitlement - take your business (and tips) elsewhere.
