Visited Feb 25, 2023. Hot Wok is fast casual, just like how you'll be served at the mall so there's no service. The idea is to pick items from behind the glass, they give you the plate, then you eat. Nothing stands out from the menu but the grilled chicken is my favorite and my egg roll shell was undercooked. If you request "to-go" you'll get more since they fill the box. I guess my biggest complaint is wishing they had labels for the food trays.

I've been coming here since I was 11 and it's always been phenomenal. Manny kept it running so smoothly and the food was delicious. Now, the food is always sold out, the quality is sub par and the place has just went to crap. So disappointing.

First time here. Went bc had better reviews than other area Chinese food. So glad we did. Small menu if items to choose from, but that works for me! Tried chicken bc of other reviews...yum! Others in my group all liked what they got. Will be back!

This place is awesome! Food is absolutely delicious. You can tell that it is made in house daily and fresh. The people are super friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and tidy. And it's crazy cheap! I would happily pay more for such good food and service. The only thing is that I wish they had little bit more variety or changed up the entrees from time to time. But not the rice noodles...they are my favorite!

I went yesterday, had a yummy lunch as always, I've been going to Hot Wok since for 20+yrs, Manny (the owner) is wonderful. Cant beat the price, the portions or the taste. I love the Ginger Beef (spicy) mixed vegetables, fried rice, rice noodles, hot and sour soup, chicken on a stick etc. CASH ONLYOne of my favs!!

ordered the kung pao chicken because I I was told that it was white meat. It was not. Also, there was a good number of pieces that were gristly. The only other issue was how pricey it was. Wanted to love it But no such luck.

I won't eat here but went with a friend who wanted to try it . It's now $10 to eat lunch there . I did not order but sat with him . He was in line with a bunch of Hispanic guys and my friend is white . I had told him how much food they give to minorities here and how white people get much smaller servings . He thought I was making it up until he saw the heaping portions they were giving those guys and they gave him half of what the others got !! He was upset and I was laughing so hard I thought I would cry ! Told you so ! The place is really dirty too !

Went there yesterday at 4:45 pm to get early dinner. They were out of half the entrees and not cooking anymore. Egg rolls tasted old. While prices have gone up, quality has gone down significantly since change in ownership. This makes me very sad since this used to be a favorite restaurant
