Hot Dogs Tomateros

The hotdogs where good for a light night bite. Breads a little thick but it's still a good dog. Service was fast and friendly.

I'm giving this food truck 4 stars only because the hot dog buns were larger than the hot dog and therefore I was chewing on more bread than I would like.Both hot dogs or bacon wrapped and that's all I remember but the taste was good.

Went to a birthday party today and had the pleasure of trying these. Wow this is not your regular hot dog. These were bacon wrapped with grilled onions, tomatoes, nacho cheese, mayo, ketchup and mustard. They had all the fixing you could want I even added crushed sour cream and chedder chips. Wait I haven't even described this bun!! The bun was between a Hawaiian roll and toasted french bread. It was the softest bread I've eaten with a hot dog. They catered this birthday party with one of the best surprises. I took a card this is for sure going to be someone I use at my next get together.

Really good and authentic hot dogs!! The bread is amazing and melts in your mouth! So buttery and moist!! Love it!! Nothing Like it! The topping options are great! But our fav side is the Toritos!! Chile Guero with stuffed cheese! So good!!

NEVER AGAIN AM I COMING BACK, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL FIND BETTER TASTING HOTDOGS, WITH BETTER PRICES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been coming here throughout the years especially during COVID (wanted to support small local businesses), but I can tell you quality and especially customer service keeps getting worse. I made my order and repeated it to confirm (cashier lady, I believe is co owner) was not paying attention. I ordered: 1 regular hot dog, 1 mazatlan hot dog, 1 perronas fries (French fries, mozzarella cheese and your choice of meat), 1 taco de Asada and 1 taco of adobada both with maíz tortilla. As I'm standing by the toppings side the gentleman attempts to hand me basic plain fries, I informed him I had ordered the perronas fries with carne Asada. After a while I get my fries and my mazatlan hotdog. Then after some time my tacos. From ordering to now it had been close to 40 minutes. I'm still waiting for my regular hotdog, I inform the gentleman of this and he goes to the cashier to verify I had ordered this. The cashier lady proceeds to tell me I never ordered that hot dog that I had ordered regular fries. I explained to her numerous times that was not what I order. And even if I had order that (50 minutes now) I had never received the regular fries she claimed I order. The gentleman proceeds to confirm this with her and she gets upset. Still arguing that that's what I ordered. I told her I just wanted my hotdog, she tried to charge me full price for the hot dog. Myself and the gentlemen repeatedly told her to just charge me the difference for the fries I NEVER received in exchange for the hotdog. I had no problem doing this, I'm extremely understanding and cooperative with her. All while she's rolling her eyes and giving me none stop attitude. Even after this I pay and thank her, she blatantly ignores me and rolls her eyes. 40 minutes later I get my hotdog (1 hour and 30 minutes from first ordering). I get everyone has a day off but the attitude was uncalled for especially because as I'm seating there waiting for my hotdog she messed up 2 other orders. She again try to argue with the customers like she did with me and try telling us what we ordered. You only get good service if your a personal friend. They'll continue to loose customers as long as they keep that lady as a cashier. This has not been my first encounter with her rude service and horrible attitude!

Great place to grab a quick gourmet (bigger)TJ-style hot dog.They have a simple menu and selection. Its a cart Located next to A Mexican bakery where I was told they get their bread from which may be the Reason it was sooooooo good, fresh and delicious. Decently priced few seats and some standing room. You may have to park on the street or in the neighborhood. Can be difficult at times but tot worth it! Enjoy!

Delicious hot dogs!!!! A little hot dog cart/stand located right down the street from North gate market. $5 for bacon, Anaheim Chile and cheese on it. But they offer a vast variety of hot dog options. The roll was extremely soft and freshly baked. They also offer an abundance of free toppings on the side. You can't go wrong with this spot. Open late nights!!! No parking... so good luck. Must tryCash only! No cards!!! No Apple Pay!!

delicious hot dogs. My favorite. They have a ton of stuff on them and could even add more on the bar. The hot dog bread is rhetorical best i could eat it on its self.

The best hot dogs on this side of the border, Mexican-style or not! We went there a couple of weeks ago because I had a late night craving for a Tijuana-style hot dog or Sonora-style "dogo" and found this place opened late! It's in the heart of National City in the parking lot of "Manolo" Mercado.Let me tell you, they are incredible! They are not cheap, but they are worth it! The bun makes the world of a difference, so fluffy! You have many toppings to put on yourself, from "Ruffles verdes", to California peppers and mushrooms. Also, their Agua de Cebada (barley) is on point!Definitely coming back!
