Hot Chicken Alley

This place is amazing! The chicken sandwich is tasty, spicy and leaves you wanting more. The fries are crispy to the last one, and the Stubborn soda is the cherry on top. Not to mention the ice cream!!I have found my new hot chicken restaurant!

Hands down, best fries in town....perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy! I ate them all before I touched anything else on my tray, and I will be back for more. You have the choice between tenders and sliders, from no heat to hot. The spice rub has a hint of sweetness that I loved, and it pairs perfectly with the honey mustard. The tender comes with a tortilla which is nice because the spice rub does tend to get all over your fingers. Your order also comes with some fantastic pickle chips that are crisp and flavorful instead of the thin slimy ones you tend to see these days. They even have Stubborn brand sodas in fun flavors like cherry and pineapple cream.Save room for your free ice cream cone on the way out. It's the perfect way to top off a great meal. Lastly, I have to comment on the top notch customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. They clearly appreciate your business and make you feel like family when you are there.

As a regular at Hot Chicken Alley since they first opened their spicy doors back in October/November 2023, I can confidently say this place deserves a gold medal in the Chicken Joint Olympics. Seriously, if chicken places were athletes, Hot Chicken Alley would be Michael Phelps, winning gold after gold.Let's start with the customer service. It's like a warm hug from a chicken-loving uncle or grandpa. Every visit, I'm greeted with smiles so bright they could outshine the Olympic torch - along with a welcome back!! 10/10 every time!Now, onto the food. Brace yourselves. The spicy chicken? A solid 10/10. It's the kind of heat that makes you feel alive, like you just ran a marathon (or at least a brisk jog to the soda fountain). Speaking of which, their coleslaw is a refreshing 10/10, the perfect cool-down lap after that spicy sprint. And those fountain drinks? Hydration station, 10/10.But wait, there's more! Did I mention the free ice cream cone at the end of dinner? Yes, you read that right. It's like the cherry on top of a perfect chicken sundae. A sweet victory lap to end your meal.So, if you haven't been to Hot Chicken Alley yet, what are you waiting for? My entire experience at Hot Chicken Alley is worthy of 5 stars. First of all, the service was excellent. The girl at the counter was extremely helpful in explaining the menu in detail for us and helping us decide what to order. She checked-in a couple times during the meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Seriously top notch service for a counter service restaurant. Second reason is the food. Omg this chicken was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and juicy with the right amount of heat. The fries were hot and crispy. Good sized portions as well. You definitely get your moneys worth!My partner and I each got the Mixed Up combo which I highly recommend. You get one of each chicken style, with pickles and sauce. Almost forgot to mention, at the end of your meal is a complimentary ice cream cone to cool off after that hot chicken - what's not to love!

I'm an avid fan of hot chicken since it's became such a big thing the last 4-5 years . That being said , this place isn't it . The chicken was juicy don't get me wrong but the spice blend they use isn't it . It's overly sweet they put so much sugar In it and just isn't my vibe . The owner was a super nice guy and gave me side of ranch for free . The Mac n cheese wasn't cheesy at all and was worse than KFC . I'm not sure the 5* rating seems a lot of folks in north Phoenix havent had Monroe's and it shows . I sadly won't be back as everything is overly sweet or lacks flavor .

Everything served here is delicious but this place goes above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. For starters, they have these high end sodas with real cane sugar like Agave Vanilla, Black Cherry, and Pineapple Cream Soda with free refills and all that jazz. If you are a little cheese lover like me, you get unlimited queso at no additional cost. (You can put it on your hot chicken sandwich but don't tell anyone)And the owner is unbelievably kind! He throws some items in at no expense, walks around to make sure people have that they need, and hands out free ice cream cones and the ice cream is way better than I was anticipating!Great food, really affordable, worth eating there (don't door dash this you'll be missing out) and great service! Enjoyed a delicious chicken lunch! Had the Rooster, between the sandwiches & the very crisp tasty fries it was generous enough for two people. Really good mac and cheese. Staff super friendly & free ice cream put it over the top!

What a great find! We came across this place because we were craving hot chicken. Boy, did it not disappoint! Amazing customer service from the minute you walk in, and overall great experience. We got hot and x-hot chicken tenders with fries. The spice level was there, but not overwhelming. Highly recommend the honey mustard sauce! Please support this place, the care and effort they put into their customers is worth it alone but they also have fresh made-to-order delicious food!

Don't sleep on this place! Tucked in an unassuming strip mall, behind a coffee shop and credit union, you can't see it from the street but the food was so good! I'm not usually one that goes for chicken strips (because they're typically over-breaded, dry and gross) but Hot Chicken Alley's breading, seasoning, and sandwich ratios were spot on - and they're fries were crunchy perfection! Even better than the food was the service! The owner and employees were so so nice and made us feel at home. They went out of their way to truly serve us and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, gotta love the free ice creams and definitely try their homemade ranch ::chef's kiss::

I've literally never had a bad experience here!! The Hot Chicken Alley employees never fail to make my day! They are so hospitable and really go above and beyond to make sure your experience is exceptional.
